"Get lost, I don't want to be gay," Ye Qing said with a bemused expression, a black line forming on his head.
Su Yu, wearing a disappointed look, responded, "Oh, Lao Ye, it's a pity that I'm not a woman, otherwise I would definitely marry you."
Ye Qing, visibly frightened, took a few steps back, exclaiming, "Damn it, Su Yu, I have always regarded you as my brother, but you actually covet my body."
Su Yu retorted, "I'm greedy for your uncle's body. My sexual orientation is normal!"
Ye Qing returned to his seat with a smile, dismissing the playful banter. "No more trouble, no more trouble. How old are you now?"
Su Yu, eager to shift the conversation, proudly declared, "I will be able to unlock the second level of gene lock soon!"
Ye Qing seized the opportunity to tease. "Is it so slow? I saw on Toutiao a few days ago that Wang Yue and Wang Chang have reached the second level and one star."
Su Yu's face darkened, and the banter turned into a playful rivalry between friends.
On the School Grounds:
At around five o'clock in the afternoon, as classes concluded, Ye Qing and Su Yu strolled outside the school. Their conversation shifted to family matters.
"How is the relationship between Uncle Qiu and the old man now?" Ye Qing inquired.
Su Yu, with a lazy demeanor, responded, "What else can we do? It's the same as usual. I found that my dad and my grandpa are really more stubborn than the other."
As they delved into the quirks of their families, Su Yu shared an amusing anecdote about his futile attempt to reconcile his father and grandfather's endless debate over swords and guns.
Ye Qing chided Su Yu, "Su Yu! I really misjudged you. How could you say that to Grandpa Su and Uncle Qiu? Knives and guns are tied for the first place among weapons! How normal it is for Grandpa Su and Uncle Qiu to argue about this!"
Su Yu, realizing he might have overstepped, looked back and saw two ominous figures standing behind them.
Su Yu attempted to salvage the situation by sharing a fabricated story about losing his body in a battle. However, the stern gaze of Grandpa Su and Uncle Qiu revealed their skepticism.
Ye Qing, sensing the tension, intervened with a quick excuse about picking up his sister and made a hasty exit, leaving Su Yu to face the consequences.
