"Belta Lievre?" - Cloud repeated as he frowned and remembered the information he had about this name - "Let's see, Belta Lievre, the former leader of the liberators, and the person who made Miledi Raisen join the cause..."
Cloud continued to move forward and listen to this melodious voice, though the further he went into the labyrinth, the stranger it became.
[Good job, with your help we managed to find the heretics!]
"This was a good deed? I've seen the treatment of those people, and it's horrible."
[It's all for the sake of peace]
". . ."
[I feel you are not trusting me, my young nun].
"No, I trust you with my life."
[That's good to hear, I think it's time for you to go back to the other sisters, talking directly to you wastes too much of my energy]
"Ok."
Cloud was silent as he frowned because he didn't understand why he could see these illusions, which seemed to be fragments of Belta's mind, although there was a problem, she wasn't the creator of this place, not to mention that she died before the liberators started with the preparations for the creation of the labyrinths - "Am I ignoring something?"
The irregular shook his head and continued moving forward, and reviewing Belta's memories during her stay in the main church of Ehit's order.
"This can't go on like this..."
Cloud raised an eyebrow when he heard Belta's voice again.
"No, this is not the vision of peace I've been looking for, no, this is quite the opposite, this is tyranny, and we are so blind that we couldn't see it before..."
Cloud could hear the depression in the woman's voice.
"We are but playthings to god, I have seen how he makes moves to rekindle the flames of war, how he kills all who oppose his wishes, how darkness dwells in the holy apostles..."
Cloud looked ahead, and noticed the illusory image of a woman, she had no visible face, and the only remarkable feature, was her long wine red hair - "Are you part of the original Belta's consciousness?"
The blond attempted to converse with this silhouette, though to his annoyance, she seemed to be a simple collection of the discoveries the woman had made during her lifetime.
"The mad god, Ehit, only wishes to continue enjoying himself from his pedestal, he likes to watch us suffer, wallow in our misery while he remains ne the top, and I was so blind that I helped him destroy so many innocent people..."
Cloud tried to touch the silhouette to see if he could discover anything, though to his annoyance his hand went through the woman's body.
"My hands are full of the blood of hundreds of innocents, my soul is sunk in sin, that's why I decided to create a group to be able to stop my old god, maybe this way I can live with myself and the nightmares that torment me, disappear along with my gift of seeing the future."
Cloud was surprised to hear this confession, it seemed that Belta was much more normal than he thought.
"Honestly, I don't know if in the future we will have triumphed, or if our efforts were in vain, after all, I no longer possess my clairvoyance since Ehit almost killed me, that's why I want to leave one last message in case I died along with my comrades.... Don't trust Alba's faction of demons, they are the puppets of the mad god..."
"Well, that explains a few things" - Cloud nodded as he watched the woman's silhouette disappear, leaving only a small white pearl.

[Pearl of Recollection]
Rarity: Normal
Effect: You can inject your mana to be able to transfer part of your consciousness to the [Recollection Pearl], this consciousness will keep all the knowledge acquired until that moment. This information is kept until someone activates the [Pearl of Recollection], after delivering the information, the consciousness disappears and the pearl can absorb a new fragment of consciousness.
Secondary Effect: Causes the state [Imbalance], [Confusion] and [Weakness] for one month after transferring your consciousness to the [Gathering Pearl].

Cloud nodded as he discovered the reason why he had managed to see some of Belta's memories, though he was now confused why he hadn't activated this item - "Unless it wasn't me that activated it, but the maze itself."
The blond was silent for a few seconds as he thought of some possibilities.
"If this theory is correct, that means that the creator of this labyrinth is awake and possibly controlling the movements of the divine mountain" - Cloud muttered as he nodded - "That would explain why the girls haven't encountered Apostle Noint..."
Cloud was silent again before taking the [Gathering Pearl] and walking towards the deepest part of the labyrinth, the place where he would possibly meet Noint and the girls again.

"Yue, did something happen while you were checking on the others' status?" - Tio asked as she looked at the vampire girl.
"Yes, Cloud called me and told me that the war is over, now he is coming to us" - answered Yue honestly.
"That's perfect" - Tio smiled, though her expression darkened as she remembered the state they were currently in.
"How are the others?" - Yue asked with concern.
"Physically, they're in perfect condition, though they still haven't woken up after the last divine corrosion" - Tio replied as she sighed regretfully - "Shea-san is taking the situation without much trouble, though the same can't be said for Kaori-san, Shizuku-san, and Aiko-san."
"What about Remia and Myu-chan?" - Yue asked as she looked at the two sea tribe girls.
"They were not affected by the divine corrosion, after all, they have been out of the range of effect of the illusions" - replied Tio while shaking her head - "It is a blessing in disguise, although it is also a latent danger, after all, this labyrinth was designed to be able to resist Ehit's divine power, and if they fail this test, they will not be able to approach the mad god."
"That's why we won't let them get close, Remia will be our last line of defense when we make the attack against Ehit's divine dimension" - Yue answered seriously while shaking her head.
"Well, let's leave that for another time" - said Tio while shaking her head.
"Ugh..." - Shea started to fidget as she heard her friends' voice.
"Shea-san!" - Tio exclaimed as she ran to the rabbit girl, who slowly opened her eyes.
"Where am I?" - Shea asked as she shook her head.
"What's the last thing you remember?" - Yue asked as she looked at the rabbit girl.
"A huge white silhouette was asking me to submit" - Shea replied with a frown - "It was a bit difficult, but I managed to defeat it."
"I guess that's how we were supposed to defend ourselves against Ehit's divinity" - nodded Tio as she walked to the other girls.
"Ehit's divinity?" - Shea repeated as she opened her eyes and remembered where they were - "Oh, that explains why I felt so disgusted with that voice..."
Tio smiled slightly while Yue shook her head.
"Leaving that aside, I guess the others will wake up at any moment, though we'd better prepare ourselves in case they were corrupted by Ehit's will" - Yue said seriously.
"Do you think that will happen?" - Shea asked as she looked at her friends who were still unconscious.
"It's a possibility, although I'd rather it didn't happen, after all, I wouldn't want to be the person responsible for telling Cloud that those two were corrupted by our enemy" - replied Yue while frowning.
Tio nodded at these words as she walked to the side of the room they were gathered in and looked to the outside, keeping an eye out that their pursuer wasn't after them right now, after all, the last thing they wanted was for their companions to become devoted to their enemy.
"You have a point," Shea nodded, though her expression changed as she watched Kaori and Shizuku stand up with confused expressions.
"What was that all about?" - Kaori asked as she frowned.
"I just remember that strange silhouette trying to drive me crazy" - replied Shizuku with a frown - "It was so annoying to escape from that thing."
"You had that dream too?" - Kaori said in surprise as she looked at her best friend, only to frown because that was too much of a coincidence - "Wait, so it wasn't a dream then?"
"No, it wasn't" - Yue replied as she looked at the two girls to make sure there was nothing weird about them, though after a few seconds she let out a small sigh of relief because they didn't seem to have suffered from erosion because of Ehit's will.
"Could you tell us what happened?" - Kaori asked as she raised an eyebrow as she noticed the relief in the vampire girl.
Yue and Tio gave them a quick run down on the situation.
"Oh, that explains why I felt so disgusted by that silhouette and did my best to escape" - Kaori muttered as Shizuku nodded because she felt the same way.
