After Philip went upstairs and transferred the skeleton into his traveler's ring, he immediately returned to the basement floor. While doing so, he carefully held the ring in his palm, his face contorted funnily.
"Place the skeleton on the floor!" Conrad urged impatiently, appearing in the reflection of the nearby glass even before Philip had fully stepped out of the elevator.
As Philip emerged from the elevator, he promptly willed his ring to release the remains, stepping back with a sense of caution. However, his measured action went unnoticed, consumed by the unfolding spectacle.
Soon, a pitch-black wisp materialized and began to hover above the skeleton. Simultaneously, a crimson wisp emerged from a nearby mirror, and the two converged.
