Chapter 4 - Training

Yuxi POV

It's been a few days since I've gotten to Shrek and the events are happening the same as the assessment is happening now which I blessed Yuhao with great physique that should help with his cultivation faster which when I say faster I mean five times fast so he shouldn't be having any problems.

Yuxi: He better drop this revenge phase as it wasn't his dying mother's wish.

I walked out my room to head outside as I stretched to a beautiful morning but I see that Mr. Xuan Zi drinking his alcohol sitting on a ledge.

Yuxi: Mr. Xuan Zi.

He turned to me as I walked to him wearing a gold sleeveless short dress, gold/black sleeves over elbow, black/gold heels with hair in a ponytail, wearing the Shrek pin but also my soul guidance badge that is a gold dragon design with a purple crystal.

Mr. Xuan: Here you are you monster, ready to begin your class?

Yuxi: Yes.

Mr. Xuan: Follow me.

We walked to the training area which is empty as we stopped in the middle.

Mr. Xuan: Now release your Martial Soul.

I nodded to step on the ground as I shinned gold as an gold energy was shot to the sky as it darkened the clouds.

ROOOOAAAAARRRR!!

As a massive golden egg appeared but cradled inside as reptilian eyes flashed open to the egg cracking as then it busted open to a massive dragon falling behind me.

ROOOAAARRRRRR!!

As my eight soul rings appeared which Mr. Xuan Zi nodded to.

Mr. Xuan: Excellent, I heard you have twin spirits?

Yuxi: Yes, Elementalist but you can't equip soul rings to this as you go up in cultivation then the elements powers increase along with control.

Mr. Xuan: I see, and you being a Spirit Douluo makes you have good control.

I nodded.

Mr. Xuan: Alright, we're going to have a spar.

He drank his alcohol as he said that which is not bad idea really.

We separated to each side of the arena.

Mr. Xuan: Ready?

I nodded.

Mr. Xuan showed his soul rings as I did mine as well.

Mr. Xuan: You go first.

I nodded as I took a stance.

Yuxi: First Soul Skill, Golden Dragon Body!

As I glowed gold with my golden dragon scales covering my body to create dragon claws.

As I charged at him fast to swipe as the shockwave slash the walls but he dodged.

Mr. Xuan: Oh? Not bad.

I started swiping as he dodged every one of them to throw a high kick which he blocked with hand creating a shockwave.

But then I came back to sweep his leg to trip him up with him pulling back at the last minute.

Yuxi: Third Soul Skill, Golden Dragon Roar!

As I roared at him which caught him by surprised I punched him for him to catch my fist to throw me away.

Mr. Xuan: Not bad, you may stop.

I calmed down to turn off my soul rings.

Mr. Xuan: You did well as I can tell your first martial soul is good, tomorrow we'll work on your second martial soul.

I nodded.

Mr. Xuan: Alright, your instruction is over so you may go.

I walked out the practice field to head for my next lesson.
