A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

Primus, the leader of the Initiative finally found time out of his busy schedule to call for a meeting with the four wing leaders of the organisation.
The Serpent of Ouroboros, the Institute's Professor, Bloodfallen's Angelus Fallen and Lady Fortuna of Fortune all gather posthaste for the meeting.
The meeting's agenda was to brief the Initiative's leader on each of the wings' current progress towards the organisation's grand plan.
The Wing leaders were already seated at both sides of the table when Primus entered.
The wing leaders immediately rose to their feet with expressions of awe and fear.
Primus on his part calmly walked to the head of the table and took his seat.
"You may seat."
Only then did the wing leaders take their seats again.
