A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

The reason the Bravos engaged in the useless chatter before was due to the contract HI-Def Soln signed with the British government.
The Brits didn't want their contracted PMCs fighting so the lawyers incorporated a clause which introduced a punishment on the PMC whose troop started the conflict.
The Bravos were just covering the legal side. Can't be too careful after all.
Of course, the only reason they'd bother doing this in this situation was because they had the advantage.
The Bravos rose up from cover and opened fire on the mercenaries.
Not only were the Bravos better shooters than the ragtag mercenaries, their equipment were also superior. The bullets from their rifles pierced through the mercenaries cover vehicles after a few burst of shots.
The cover vehicles had become no different from paper as one mercenary dropped after another.
