A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. It became a waiting game for Horus.
Pantheon's military wing had to wait for the NSM, the Initiative and its affiliate PMCs to make a move on Aleppo so that it can profit from the situation.
As a result, Horus Army General, Abdul-Lateef Abdul-Salam, had nothing to do. He was left to his thoughts.
Something bothered him but he couldn't put his hands on it. He was unsettled for a good while and couldn't even get a rest as the feeling progressively got worse.
He decided to head out to clear his head.

As the Army General, he couldn't just leave the Command base without informing anyone. He chose to inform Corps Commander Yadin since the man was essentially the base's administrator.
