A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

CH729: Brewing Storm
A week has passed since HI-Def Soln took control over Latakia. In that time, some semblance of normalcy slowly returned to the city.
Its residence could now go out for a work without fearing being caught in the middle of conflicts between the city's rival factions. Markets reopened proper as food and other essentials flooded in.
These amongst other things rekindled life in the city and surrounding province.
There were more notable changes though.
The Lira was no longer the currency for trade, but instead food stamps issued by the government. The food stamps were a measure to strength the government's control in the city in the shortest time.
Speaking of the government, there was a big change there. The people invited to the conference were invited by Horus to form the city council which would form a caretaker government in the interim while plans for elections are put in place.
