A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

"Yes, I have, Commander." Abdul-Lateef nodded confidently. "With a little fine-tuning, we can use both your proposals with the guidelines the Station Chief just gave us.
"If the Station Chief is right and there are three factions in this group, we can tailor our action to each group.
"We'll use the information to split the group. We can use the information to get rid of those trying to profit from both sides while we use propaganda and information censorship to defend the rest. Then, we can offer those who want to leave the city a way out... for a cost. An exorbitant one of course. That will leave us with just the city loyalists we can work with.
