A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

Bazaar...
Bazaar was a rare kind of nation in the world.
An isolated nation located between Syria, Turkey, Iraq and Iran. A country most ordinary people in the world had no idea existed. Its citizens almost never leave its borders, though no one in the international community can say with certainty why this was so. It seemed like a combination of self-isolation and isolation by their neighbours.
A sovereign nation that hardly ever comes up in discussion in the international community. Bazaar doesn't trade directly with other nations, nor does it maintain any diplomatic relations, not even with its neighbours. It neither has a good or bad relationship with anyone.
It just exists.
A country no one cares about even if they knew it existed.
This was the world's view of Bazaar if they had any.
