Soldiers of Time.
A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

The eight operatives spent the next two hours preparing.
Hunting was popular in the densely populated town so it was easy to acquire some minor supplies for self-defence.
Since rifles could mostly only be rented from a hunting establishment by tourists, not to mention the attention it drew and they'd likely be acquiring better weaponry soon, most of the team only bought knives as arms.
From common household knives to an ostentatiously designed combat knife which looked more like a work of art, the operatives bought whatever caught their eyes.
Huntress and Phoenix bought a plain kitchen knife, Maverick and Hawk bought practical looking combat knives as well as monocular telescopes, Bravo team bought whatever tickled their fancy, but the items were still at least functional.
The two hours preparation time elapsed and the team headed towards the weapons cache.
