A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Nightfall came and the two cages were in an eerie silence.
Gourmet didn't return to speak to them again, but his men did share a meal to them... if the gruel they were given could be considered as such.
At least, whether due to fear or something else, the captives exhibited a level of civility and share the food equally amongst themselves without any issue.
Fatima checked on Maria's mental state.
The heiress's mood clearly dampened all day after a man was killed before her eyes, although she tried not to show it.
Fatima shelved her escape plan due to the new variable of a Master's presence and spent most of the day by Maria's side, watching over her. She worried the scared and stressed captives would put the blame of their current predicament on Maria, further worsening her already fragile mental state.
