Chapter 12; Nana am I really that late??
"You just need to close your eyes Nana. Then hold my hand, let's walk forward together, take a step by step forward... just walk forward, you will see a beautiful grassland full of wildflowers, blooming, yellow, pink, white, hear that, there are birds chirping, and the sun warms the place" Tatiana followed every word she heard Tina was saying, Tina supported her to the bed, sat her down and rubbed her hair gently.
"Now lie down on the beautiful wildflowers, stretch your hands out and touch, see that? life is bright and beautiful, now sleep on those flowers, they are fresh and fragrant, enjoy the moment. " Tatiana did as she was told, and dozed off, with a smile on her face.
"Did you just hypnotize her?" Felix asked her worriedly.
" A little bit won't hurt." Tina said, she kissed her cheeks and signalled everyone to go out, changed her wet clothes and beddings, she then followed them downstairs as she closed the door behind her.
Tina kicked everything she came across, swiped everywhere, everything down, breaking all kinds of things, anger was bubbling ready to erupt like a volcano.
"Tina calm down.... you need to calm down...." Felix said worriedly but couldn't go closer she was going berserk.
"Tina you are hurting your hand, calm down...." Felix said worriedly, when he saw her hand bleeding.
"Do a thorough investigation, check out everyone involved, I want all them by tonight.. alll!!!!!...they will test the same medicine, I will kill them alll!!!! ..." Tina said while venting her anger. She felt terrible, this is the first time someone stirred up her emotions after so many years, but she was too late to rescue her, really late, ' Nana am I really that late? ' she thought silently.
" Alright I will do so but calm down, what if she wakes up and finds your hand bleeding, you need to clean up the wound." Felix suggested softly.
" Alright Dr. Tim come clean up my wound." Tina said but still there was anger. Dr Tim was hiding in a corner, he really got scared, he prayed silently for the people in his heart., ' you guys better don't exist, or get caught, you will suffer a fate worse than death.
"Yes Madam," he went forward with his medical briefcase and started cleaning up the wound.
"Felix go to the hospital and pay the hospital bills, I did injure some other girl at the shopping Mall, in case they file a lawsuit just tell my lawyer to work on it." Tina said politely.
Dr. Tim applied medicine and wrapped up her hand.
" All done" Dr Tim said softly.
"Alright you can go back to work, but make sure you come by evening for injections with a nurse, I want someone who will take care of her. Also bring strong medicine for her." Tina said politely as she stood up and headed back into the bedroom.
The shadow guards started cleaning up the mess created by their madam, while Felix went to complete his work.
Tina sat beside her as she caressed her sleeping face, "Nana am I really that late?? Won't you get better just for me? I will make those people who made you suffer to suffer the same fate, even if you don't get better, I won't give up on you Nana. So get better for me, will you please." Tina whispered in her ear as she caressed her hair gently.
She just sat there and stared at her, sleeping peacefully, ' what happened to you Nana. how will I help you fight this demons with you? trust me Nana. '
Few hours later she had a knock on the door, "com in." she said softly.
Felix came in carrying some files, "Did you find anything Felix?"
"No, everything is wiped out apart from a nurse and doctor we are tracking down, but nothing shows she's been in a mental hospital." Felix replied.
" So that's to say there is a Mastermind or someone is ahead of us!!" Tina said coldly.
" Yes that's what I thought about." Felix said politely.
" Alright just find those that are already on our wanted list." Tina said softly as she continued caressing her gently.
"Yes Madam, but you have many missed calls" Felix said softly.
" Alright give me the phone." Tina said as she continued looking at Tatiana's face. Felix took the phone out of his pocket and passed it to her.
Tina took the phone and immediately she saw Shilla calling, " Hello Shilla any problems?" Tina asked softly.
"Not exactly a problem, I received a call from Captain Philip, in the island saying he got goods that he wants to auction during our 5th anniversary." Shilla reported politely.
" Yeah I just heard from Felix now, just plan things together." Tina said politely.
" Will you be attending?" Shilla asked.
" I will see when the time comes, it's just a month away anyways." Tina said sighing.
" Alright then Boss, I will take care of all other matters." Shilla replied softly and the call ended.
Another call came in immediately, it was Sabrina, "Yes Sabrina, what can I do for you?" She asked politely.
" Can we meet? it's been five years already?" Sabrina said softly with a mellow voice.
" Am not around, what do you need?" Tina asked politely with a flat voice, no emotions could be felt.
"I thought you are around, I wanted the five of us to sit down and do a catch-up I just got back, also I wanted to invite you to our engagement party if you would be available next month." Sabrina said softly.
" Alright, send the invitations to my company I will get them from there." Tina said.
" Alright then Tina, remember to come and Thank you." Sabrina said and the call was cut.
Tina looked at the screen that has turned dark and sighed, massaging the space between her eyebrows gently, while thinking.
"Did she tell you where she is? is she meeting us?" Jack asked her coldly, When Sabrina made the call, Jack was standing nearby.
Sabrina shook her head and stepped back in fear, they were in Jack's maternal home and no one was around.
