It explained that it was originally a bounty system that finds bounty for its host to go bounty hunting and that the system was on its way to its original host when it got snatched up by anonymous being. The anonymous being started to tinker with the programming of the system and turned it into slave hunter system, the system explained that the anonymous being could not change too much of the system and only mess with its original purpose. So instead of hunting criminals with bounties on their heads, it was now hunting girls with bounties made by the system to be turned into slaves for the host's own use.
