CHAPTER 1- PROLOGUE

CRISIONTEL

Sneakinh through the bushes in the middle of the shallow night. The place is clear and no souls was left to be seen.  The wind blows onto my face and i tuck my hair safely through my ears. I saw few people walking on their way home. Who knew, there's still awake on this time of hours I thought it's just me tonight. Unlikely for a lady sneaking outside rushing under the bright light of the moon But sadly ain't even a lady. Nor even born in a high class position like nobles. Just living.

I went to the left side of the road and shaded at the shadow. I loiter the place without making any noise. Of course a proper way to hunt is not leaving any trace behind. I jumped up to the roof. Waiting. I blow on my flute under the bright light of the luna; summoning the treasure of mine. A sinner fox mask and put it in my face and completely reequippped into a night hunter. The only thing that keeps me safe on the eyes of the enemies of mine.

The leaves dancing on the winds. I alone, watching the old road of escavan. This place are empested with money. What I meant are my bountiful criminals and my hunger for them are overflowing.

And of course I can't just let them revealed my true identity. I'll remain cryptic and even use my deep voice than my normal one. And If i failed, well probably without a warning. They'll hunt me anytime or anywhere. I ain't that shit and careless I don't have nine lives like cats do at di pa ako tatanggapin ng langit kapag mamamatay na ako ngayon. Not yet...

I have an important mission to attacked the black mamba. It's an insignificant person on escavan. They're my perfect money. And can filled up my empty pocket again with cash. I'm a sinners who works with money. Money is everything and I can't live without those. Ever since I escape the cruelty of the orphanage. I manage to survived alone. But as an easy money. I'm a criminal that takes credit card.

I decided to jumped onto the next roof but sadly its too far away. It happens before that i fell on the ground and i sprained my legs. So stupid.

From a distance routes. I saw something that makes me grin in excited. I jumped down and skip walk and stop at the corner- sneaking. I felt pity for him. His too naive to walk alone did that idiot forget I'm around? Tsk tsk. He thought sinners sleep. Nor, and that's how i get these eye bags. I sat down and bath on a mud and pretended to be a beggar on the street. With this disguise i won't perspired too much. Minsan kapag malakas ang kalaban ko. Uuwi akong pawis na pawis at walang lakas.

I waited beside the alley and he will pass me for about two minutes in counting. Too long and I feel sleepy already. Not a few moments after he turn to the right side routes. I confronted him, raising my bowl; Hoping he'll gave me a bronze or a coin for a living. I pleaded desperately "A little help for old grandma. "

I even mimicked the voice of the poor old lady I met on the other day, sitting beside the stall. Even I grew up being a criminal there's still empathy in it.

Its a perfect disguise just to tricked him. He aggressively drag me off. He didn't gave any and even kick my bowl away. I crawled to catch it before it fell on the canal like a poor helpless old lady. Famished and homeless and mistreated by those rich people.

I kneeled to the ground just to begged for food. I know I looked ridiculous but I needed some tips

But he slapped me so hard. His so furious "Don't you see grandma. I'm in a hurry and don't touch me with your filth! Move bitch!" He shouted and kick me off again and pressed my head on the Gaiveran floor with his booths. I felt a warm liquid ran down on my head. Gosh that's excruciating. It hits the spot.

But before he bend down to me and about to pick up his knife and slit my throat. Right before he could take another shot. I counter attack him. His body fell off to the ground. His blood spurting like a beautiful fountain in my eyes.

I tss'ed "Damn slow hand" I picked up his head and smirked. His in shocked; awake and gasping like a person whose about to meet the grim reaper and satan in hell. He sounded like a choke goat. He can't feel the pain probably he felt now is numb. I sniff his blood and it's just luscious.

"Sorry if only you were nice. Mahaba pa sana Buhay mo" i pouted and mock his insignificant existence. Criminal to criminal combat is amazing. "Whatta trash. And what will i do with trash? Of course dispose of em and let the hell incinerate your bones and flesh"

My secretary bird came with a small rodent on her beak. Well the two of us have done our mission. This person is not an actual human his part of clexa's creation. Its true form are snake. I grimaced as his body slowly turning into a serpent and it still moving. Muscle memory.

I wipe his head clean and neck and pluck out his eyes and feed it to my bird. Its her favorite treat. I draw something on the ground and put it in the centre of the circle. I cleanse criminals. My mother iredella would be so proud of me.

I casted the spell clear and the light came out from the line of the circle. And the head levitate on the mid air and the chained shows up and locked it up and drag it back to were it belongs. It shouted and wants it revenge but its souls won't escape that horrible place. This is the cause of fallen goddess clexa's hybrid creation went terribly wrong. And guess what I'm here cleaning up her mess. I don't know when did I started to hunt but for me bounty is good. Besides than money is everything. Plus I have an exciting journey on my own. "I love myself mwah" I manage to done everything with myself.

As the light disappeared he was all pure. And it turns into a jade snake. I was a bit disappointed because his not a black mamba but another types of serpentine criminal. The fifth class criminal. The lowest. I calculated them and think I almost swipe half of the serpentine and phantom unlike Knightwalker and blackmamba. Sadly kaunti pala ang nahuhuli ko sa tatlong magagaling na criminal.

My bird walk towards me and ate the jade off my hand and swallowed it and got choke up.

"Takaw kase ayan tuloy"  And I wasn't on the mood and my head keeps bogging me. "Gave it back! Naughty bird! Shantal gagi ibigay mo nga"- My bird is being on its naughty side again. Kaloka. Inilahad ko ang kamay ko sa harap niya at sinuka niya iyon sabay pa ng laway niya. "Thank you shantal" may halong inis ko na sambit sa kanya at inasar pa niya ako sabay bow ng ulo niya "I'm not in a mood for this i'm hungry you knowr "

Gaivera has five continent but it aint actually. I have been in a voyage for too long and discovered that there are many more land but sadly i can't just show off in there, there might have killed me. I maybe a one man army but i fighting people is a worst. I don't kill innocent but only criminals on the land.

A map was made by a pirate king. Ali and he passed it on to his daughter Anirfa IV. She was known for a bounty hunters of etheria and she's a genius; inherited from his father. And so on... but Gaivera is big and theres still an unknown continent, wonder what kind of breed living in there but whatever

My home is in Glaceal. A place where sinners and thieves lives. Well i'm not referring all. Some, only few has a good heart and live as a normal life but this place is not that dangerous as it seems. Its just a normal town. Kidding full of drunken men on the streets. I'm located at the easthern side of Glaceal. Escanvan is the name of these town. Ruled by the wise king Grecian of the eastern kingdom whose much beloved by his people.

The western side are Westeria. The deserted land as we called and it has a tsunami like sand and the monster lies at the bottom called sarlacc . The northen side is Ireland and south are Moordum. Hindi pa ako nakakapunta sa north at south ng glaceal marami pa akong di napupuntahang lugar kase di nauubos ang mga peste sa dalawang lugar. Naasar narin ako sa utos ng reyna at hari. They offered me bag of gems if i captured the criminals on their kingdom.

Marami silang kawal kaso tamad at tanga. How can they even protect their highnesses if they couldnt catch any of the criminal. Pity, shameful for them I should be the one given credit hayss

Saan saan lang ako pumupunta di ako nasa isang lugar lang. Walang permanenteng lugar. I'm a huntress a sinner as they called me. And they aint wrong. This place has been impested with black mamba and knight walker. Marami pa but this two group is highly known for its bad leadership. And put all mankind to slavery and even bethrow the heir to the throne.

I hunt for money of course. Hunting is not as easy as it look. But i proudly scream for lot of payments after this mess. Napakaliit ng mundong ito sa kanila na ginagalawan ko. I can't just simply ignore this. It requireds a lot of work and i'm sweating and I want some mouthful of food after this. Famished and a glass of beer.

"This means cash. Right shantal?!" My bird is flapping her wings. An indications for success for the two of us. And pat her head. Tanaw ko sa di kalayuan ang palasyo at pinaglalaruan kolang ang jade tungo roon.

NEXT MORNING. Bringing with me the proudest smile I can have. This smile is bullshit and i do this thing for the royalties only. Its surely ripping of my face. But its rude if i don't smile at the majesties. The guard would have send me to the cell and I hate that place. I have a lot of scar and i get them all in my hardship and every scars has a beautiful memories. I'm afraid it'll be no more room for another. So sad.

As I entered the hall, all chatter ceased, all head turned toward me. Others are gossiping.

One of the king's trusted adviser approached me and I gave her the box that, inside was the treasure, it's the criminals that were purified, with that Jade snake I clean it of course. Shantal just put some of her saliva on it. I looked up and i can't help but to smirked. Seeing my artifacts displayed on his halls.

I had to put on my mask anywhere and i can just simply joined the crowds without them realizing i was the sinner huntress. Of course this angelic eyes can trick some on those criminal. I can't die on a lame battle. If i was there i'd spit on that grave of mine for shame.

"You have done a good job. But!" The king just shouted and the knight stating to draw their swords at me. But I remain calm and bowed my head to his grace. I felt my heart throb and its out of control. "You still failed to bring us the head of the leader!"

"I'm sorry your majesty but-"

"No excuses!" Sigaw niya sabay paglatigo sakin sa likuran. Tinikom kolang ang bibig ko habang nakatingin sa malinis nilang tiles. Inangat kolang ang ulo ko sabay tayo ko at nginitian ko lang siya.

"I had a promise to send it here. I didnt exactly tell you when. One more hit and bleed me even just a scratch from your lousy knight. You'll be sorry. Wala akong sinasanto" i gave him a hint of warning. The smile that he totally regret and he seems nervous "My scars suppost to be meant for my greatness. And not be mark from your lowsy guard--"

"Shut up!" Sigaw ng guwardia  at bago niya ako tamaan ng hawak niyang latigo ay agad ko naman itong napigilan kahit hindi ko ito nililingon.  Nabigla ang mga tao sa paligid ko. I whirl my head to him. Like and owl without moving my body And his own his instant regret. Hindi pa siya nakakagalaw bumagsak lang siya sa harap ko at binaling ang tingin sa mga royalties na ganoon parin ang ngiti ko sa gwardia niya. Natakot lang ang mga tao sa loob sa ginawa ko pero wala akong pake.

"Just do what you please. Don't hurt my people we had a deal!!" tinapon nila sa ere ang purse na nilalaman ng mamahaling bato at sakto kolang ito nasalo at nagbow sa kanila.
