General POV.

The voice thundered "THE FIRST LIST BEGINS!!!".

The Golden glow of scroll became brighter again but this time there was no sense of pressure pressing on the people looking at the list, writings began to appear on the scroll, the writings appearing on the scroll was able to understood by people around the world, no matter the language the understood all of them could read scroll, even those that cannot read could understand the meaning of the scroll, this is due to the power of the Golden Record List.

This allowed even the smallfolk to know and understand the rankings on the list without having to know how to read, this is due to power of the Golden Record List.

This only worked with the scroll and did not allow people to read in other languages that they could not read in before or understand and speak other languages that that they could not, this also also includes the vast majority of smallfolk that not read if not they would not have able to make the list.

The people who were blind could see the golden scroll and the deaf could hear the voice, this erased any doubt about the power of the Golden Record List in the hearts of the smallfolk.

When the Lords and knights noticed this, they were more in awe of the power of the scroll and even convinced that the scroll could grant more power to them, many began to see it as a way to rise beyond their station and become renowned all over the realms since all will know their name, while some became even more cautious and began to go over their plans again in order to take full advantage of this opportunity.

All over Planetos, from the Westeros, Essos, Summer Isles to In and even beyond the wall, the scroll was seen by all and the voice was heard by all, this has changed the fate of many people particularly in Westeros and things will never be the same.

Tywin Lannister's POV

Westerlands, Casterly Rock.

This changed a lot of things and presents an opportunity for the Lannister name to rise even higher and cement their position as the number one house in the seven kingdoms, this would allow make his legacy strong forever, nobody would ever laugh at the Lannisters again, this time he would make sure of it and the Lannisters will prosper even more.

There should be several Lannisters that will be chosen because they are at the top of Westeros, his children Jaime and Cersei will definately be chosen because one is the greatest swordsman in Westeros and one of the King's Guard, while the other is the queen of the seven kingdoms, there is his grandson Joffrey who is the crown prince and set to become the next King, he himself will definately be chosen as he is the head of house Lannister as Lord paramount of the Westerlands and then there is the dwarf, Tyrion, the only stain on his legacy, there is a possibility he might be chosen just because of the fact that he was his son.

As much as it pains him to admit it Tyrion is very intelligent and it would be very likely that he might be able to answer a few questions, it seems he might have to remind Tyrion that he is a Lannister and that he must always do his duty to his family above all else.

"Go find me Tyrion and tell him to come here as soon a possible", he ordered the nearest servant.

Plans began to form in his mind, he has to remind all of the seven kingdoms that the Lannisters are supreme in case any one of the houses begins to think that they can use the rewards from the scroll against them.

House Lannister will go even higher and legacy will last forever, this he will accomplish."It begins" he said.

Oleanna Tyrell POV.

The Reach.

This might be a very big opportunity for house Tyrell with the rewards from the scroll they would be able to secure their hold on the reach for a long time to come, but at the same time this presents a problem that if one of their greedy bannermen gets a good reward from the scroll they would want to usurp house Tyrell position as Lord paramounts of the Reach.

Mace, stupid Mace, her son did not inherit any of her wits and was an idiot, during the rebellion her son claimed the victories of Lord Tarly and several of his bannermen as his own therefore leading to them resenting house Tyrell because Mace is the Lord of the Reach.

For that reason Mace Tyrell was not punished, the resentment came to be, because of house Tyrell was a former Targaryen supporter and their role in the siege of Storms End, they are not being favoured in royal court of the new Baratheon dynasty and that has weakened their position in the Reach.

Their bannermen have begun to sense that so they are now having a bit more courage and a bit of defiance have started to appear in them, given that the previous Targaryen dynasty put down the previous rulers of the Reach, house Gardener and placed house Tyrell as the new Lord paramount of the Reach and as long as the Targaryens are in power their position will be secure, but given that the Targaryens have been replaced by the Baratheons and all the other issues their bannermen have started having thoughts of replacing them in the new dynasty just like they replaced the rulers of the Reach in the Targaryen dynasty.

Oleanna wanted to secure their position and even go higher by marrying Margaery her grand daughter to prince Joffrey, allowing them to be favoured in the royal court and grab even more power from the Lannisters as they are getting to powerful and therefore even more dangerous,but this is an opportunity for them to conform to their house words 'Growing Strong'.

For house Tyrell there is Margaery, Willias, Garlen and herself, 'There is a chance'.

Oleanna sighed "Let us all hope there is a rankings for idiots, Mace would get the first position".

She walked out with her family to see the rankings, "It is starting". Margaery said.
