Chapter 1 Unchangeable

Tree leaves falling from trees... A gentle gust of wind goes by.

"hmm? did someone call my name? man (yawns) I am sleepy as hell today"

Year 2022, June 14 12:33 P.M.

"My exams are finally over.. now I can take as many breaks I want, hell I can even play as much games I want. LETS GO"

Shade says that to himself with a straight face while walking out of the school gate.

"What should I play today though? Now that I think about it there's nothing much I can do. Guess ill just go and take a good nap first."

Shade arrives at home, the lights are all off.

"Looks like moms not home today, Let me turn on the lights. I think she's at my little brothers school, I heard her talking to one of his teachers about something to do with his test.. well sad cause my exams are over and I can finally chill"

A few hours pass by

Ding Ding~

Ding Ding~

"Huh~ (yawns)"

"OPEN THE GODDAM DOOR!!!!"

"OH SHIT"

Shade opens the door quickly and runs back to his room and starts playing games on his computer.

15 minutes later..

"Shade come down stairs, your food is ready."

Shade comes downstairs and grabs his plate.

"Where are you taking that?"

"To my room"

Smacks on his shoulder

"You are gonna eat food with US on the table like a normal human being"

"b-but my exams are finally over and-"

"And?"

"And i thought i could finally do whatever i want"

"sigh- fine."

Shade rushes to his room with the food and starts eating it while watching his favourite anime.

And just like that the day ends..

Shade starts spending his time playing games and watching anime on his computer from that day onward.. thats just the kind of life he wanted to live.. its like his dream came true.

but.. not for long..

On his 5th day of doing nothing but eating food and playing games.. his mom comes to his room to check up on him.

"This place is a literal hell hole, clean your room up and we are going to a party this evening."

"but-"

"no buts"

"You know that I am not that socially good with people, hell i didnt even talk to anyone the last time i went to party with you"

"Am I the one whos telling you to be an introvert? I am gonna introduce someone to you."

Mom leaves the room

"Wonder who could it be, probably one of her weird old friends."

Shade goes back to playing games after that
