Vixen got to the academy, as usual, she was dressed to kill but something about her felt off, she looked exhausted.
"Hey, how are you?" Bea said, taking a seat next to her on the bench.
Vixen leaned in and hugged Bea, "Exhausted, I was having sleepless nights,"
"Why?" She asked but there was silence for a while.
"I have dreams or nightmares about my mother Bea, for the first time in twenty years, I had a glimpse of my mom, and..."
"...And what?" Bea asked but Vixen just stared, contemplating whether she should tell Bea about her mother being the mother of mutants and the first sorceress or it should be kept a secret...one thing she learned since the enchanted masquerade dance accident was that trusting people didn't get you anywhere, even if that person was your bestie.
"Nothing," She said, shaking her head.
