As soon as Louis said this, the young woman addressed as Miss Walker's face changed slightly, as did the face of a young man sitting next to her.
"Speaking of which," Louis casually stroked his chin, smiling, "I consider myself somewhat of a matchmaker. When Grandpa heard about how sad you were, Miss Walker, he, with his soft heart, asked me to bring some gifts to comfort you. But I was so busy with school that I sent an older schoolmate to deliver the gifts instead. Who would've known that..."
He paused, and as everyone's curiosity piqued, he continued nonchalantly, "Who would've known that Miss Walker and my schoolmate would hit it off? Their relationship progressed at lightning speed – intense passion and love ensued. It was just a natural result of their deep feelings, right?"
