This was one of the two items that Raze had recently purchased.
It allowed him to create a fireball and also increased his mana by 30, which is where the increase in his mana came from.
But the reason why Raze had bought this was by no means random, as he had experienced just how useful and effective fire can be against a lot of abominations.
He wanted to have it in his arsenal.
But since he was a water and ice element user, it was impossible for him to use fire.
And it wasn't exactly convenient for him to create a fire using twigs and stones every time he wanted to burn something.
