Chapter thirty seven Erotic dance group

Kayla massages her stomach as she leaves the kitchen. She sighs heavily as she realized how close she was to her due date. She was now five months pregnant and that means she only had four months left and at this moment she was now seventy percent sure that Tyler might not be the father of the child she was carrying and she knew that it was going to hurt him a lot if it turns out that he wasn't the father.

She knew how much he wanted a child and she was really hoping that he was the father because if he wasn't he might be so hurt that she might lose him for good.

She was really going to have to use all her charms to earn his forgiveness if that happened because losing a man this rich wasn't an option for her. She had spent half of her life watching her mother struggle each day to put food on the table for her after her father died, then came her two younger twin sisters and life got even harder when their father walk out on her mother. Her mom now had three children to feed and no father and then and there she had made a vow that her life would be different.

For one; she wasn't going to be working herself half to death like her mother. She was going to use her looks and her body to get what she wanted and she had put her plan in action at the age of fifteen.

It had worked perfectly and as she got older she become a lot better at it and now that she was twenty-six there wasn't a man she couldn't get, married or not. But in her eyes meeting Tyler was like hitting the jackpot.

She was about to go upstairs when her doorbell rang and the first name that popped into her mind was Tyler; he had told her that he wasn't coming back to this house but maybe he had changed his mind.

But it wasn't Tyler she saw when she opened the door but she forced a smile anyway to hide her disappointment. "Brandon? What are you doing here? I told you not to come here anymore." She said blocking his path as he tried to pass her but he just sucked his teeth and pushed her aside.

"You still deh pon dat foolishness. Listen, my girl, I'm the one who pays the rent and all the bills in dis place, and if your landlord have a problem wid me coming here tell him fi come chat to me; get dat." Brandon state angrily.

"Alright, alright; so what brings you by?' She asks tiredly. "Do I need a reason to come look for my baby mother?" "No, it's just that I haven't seen you in a while.' She pouts.

"So me neva tell you sey me deh a Mobay a do some business. How you expect me fi find forty-five grand every month, pay all your bills, and give you money for the baby and fi go shopping and do your hair and nails if I don't work, a wat wrong wid you my girl?"

Without waiting for an answer Brandon got up went to the kitchen and got a plate he put a few pieces of the KFC he had brought with him on it and sat in front of the T.V patting the seat beside him indicating to her to sit down and when she did he gave her an envelope.

"Dat is this month's rent and bills and ten grand extra for you." Kayla's expression and attitude changed immediately as she count the money with a wide smile. "Thank you, baby." She said kissing him on his cheek. "Hey me have a feeling sey a like your landlord like you off why him no want me to come here, but him can gwaan run off him mouth because I'm planning to move in as soon as you give birth." "No baby you can't." She said in a panic.

"Easy yourself, my girl, we'll talk more bout dat later; a long time now me no see my woman and we have a whole lot a catching up to do as soon as I done eat this, so just relax seen." He said putting another piece of chicken in his mouth. "And by the way, I'm going to need your car tomorrow. I've some business to take care of in Portland alright." "Okay." She whispers leaning against his chest.

Early the next morning Janice kiss her sleeping daughter and silently left the room. She had decided to get in an early morning workout before Faith woke up. As she reach the gym door she could hear music coming from inside so she slowly opens the door as to not disturb whoever was already into their workout.

But what she saw stopped her from entering the gym. There in the middle of the gym was Caleb, Fabian, Tyler, Christian, and their young cousin Scott; dancing to Closer by Ne-yo, they were all moving in sync with the music, and damn could they move.

They could really dance; they were like a boy band. Back Street boys good but the one she couldn't tear her eyes away from was Ty, wow, he was good. He made dancing look easy and the way his body flowed to the music was very sexy, seductively sexy.

They turn in her direction still moving to the music and they all smile. Ty indicate to her with his pointing finger to come over and they start the song over and took turns showing her the moves, which was tons of fun, she was laughing so hard her cheeks hurt.

An hour later the brothers went to take their showers, which leave her with Scott and Christian, who were now lying flat on their backs on the gym floor. "You guys dance very well, who thought you to dance so well?" She asks wiping sweat from her face.

"Christian is our choreographer," Scott said sitting up. "Really, a man of many talents I see." She said laughing. "I don't like to brag but yes, I do have many talents." He laughs. "We're a group, well not a professional one but we do dance at parties once in a while and they always request an encore from us and I mean always." Scott smile proudly.

"I can see why you guys are extremely.... what's the word?" She mumbles biting her lips. "Erotic? Thank you, sweetheart." Chris finishes for her with a laugh flipping his hair behind him. "Um...yes...that." She says hiding her face behind her towel. "Damn, I need to go, I have a meeting," Christian said jumping up off the floor. "How's the building you're designing coming along?" She asks. "Exceptionally well, the clients are so impressed they have another project they want me to start working on."

"And that means he will be staying here in Jamaica for at least another few months which is great, I love having him here," Scott said punching his cousin's shoulder. "My job consists of a lot of traveling but this will always be my home, now I've to go, see you lovelies later." He said running from the gym.

Later that evening Tyler was sitting in front of his laptop with four big medical books on his desk when Caleb entered his room. "So, who are you avoiding this time; me or Janice?' He asks taking a seat on Tyler's sofa. Tyler snorts and ignores his brother but Caleb just laughs which made Tyler even more annoyed.

"Has anyone ever told you that you wear your heart on your sleeve little brother?" Caleb asks. "Leave me alone Caleb," Tyler growled. "Why? Are you afraid I'm going to remind you of how attracted you're to Janice? So much that you can't stand to see me or any other man near her; you want her so badly you can taste it." Caleb teased.

"I don't know what you're talking about," Tyler said annoyed. "Really? So you haven't realized that you've gotten even more possessive and protective of her lately? Even I didn't know that was possible." Caleb laughs.

"So when exactly are you going to cut the crap and admit that you really and I mean really like this girl. I'm even willing to go as far as to say that you're in love with her." Tyler slammed the book he was reading shut and turned to his brother. "Let me ask you something. Have we ever approached any of the young ladies that our parents have taken in sexually?"

"No," Caleb answered. "Then why are we having this conversation?" Ty asks angrily. "Because Janice is a whole lot different from any of the other girls that mom and dad took in and I'm not the only one who has noticed that."

"What makes her so different?" "Well, she's a lot more mature and sexual. A man can't help being drawn to her and I'm sure you more than noticed that at dad's father's day celebration the other day." Caleb states. "But you're too damn busy chasing after that nasty little twit to know a good woman when you see one," Caleb said scornfully.

"Well, at least Kayla will be giving birth to my child in a few months. Janice is a wonderful girl but she can't give me children." Tyler replied in a low tone so only his brother could hear him; just in case Janice was nearby.

"You-son-of-a bitc…..I can't believe you just said that. It's not her fault she can't have any more children and what child are you talking about? That child may not even be yours." Caleb said angrily. "That bitch has been with so many men even she has lost count." Caleb sneered in disgust.

Fabian entered the kitchen put the bags on the counter and look at Janice curiously. "Hi, what the hell is going on upstairs?" He asks arching his brow. "My guess is that Caleb must have said something bad about Kayla again.' Janice replied.

"Bloody hell, that damn fool knows better than to provoke Tyler." He growls and runs from the kitchen. Janice curiosity about what that statement meant had her running after him. Fabian burst into Tyler's room and saw Caleb putting an oxygen mask over Tyler's face.

Ty was lying on his back on the bed and from the panic expression on Caleb's face, Fabian knew Tyler was having another episode. Caleb was running his hand through Tyler's hair while telling him in a calm soothing voice to take deep breathes and whispering to him how sorry he was for getting him that upset. Fabian rushed over and began assisting Caleb while frantically dialing his father's number. After talking to his father for a few minutes he sat on the bed and put Tyler's head on his lap.

Janice sat beside him and held his hand. She felt him grip her hand as he struggled to breathe which brought tears to her eyes. "What's wrong with him Fabian? What's going on?" She asks in a panic. "I'll explain everything to you later okay but right now I'm going to need you to remain calm."

"Okay." She said softly. "Okay, little brother open your eyes, come on, look at me." Tyler slowly opened his eyes and look at Fabian which meant this episode wasn't a serious one. "That's it, now take deep breathes for me okay, and try to relax," Fabian instructed.

Janice felt his grip tighten on her hand again as he tried to follow Fabian's instructions but his grip loosen and his eyes closed as he slipped into unconsciousness which made his brothers panic even more.

Ten minutes later his mother rushed into the room. She had just finished her deliveries and was heading back home when her husband call her. She said a quick hello to everyone as she ran over to her youngest son.

"How is he?" She asks holding his limp hand. "Unconscious and his pulse is weak, the ambulance is on its way." Fabian voice was full of concern for his brother. She was massaging his hands and whispering comforting words to him when his father and the ambulance medical team entered the room and Janice was amazed at how fast Mr. Jackson and the ambulance got to the house. He too said a quick hello; took out his instruments and instructed Fabian to lay Tyler flat on his back as he and the medical team began examining Ty.

Ten minutes later he straightens up and ran his hands over his face and sighs heavily. "This episode was mild; not as severe as some of the others so he doesn't need to go to the hospital." He informed them which made everyone sigh in relief. "Okay let's go down to the kitchen; I need some answers." He said heading out the door with everyone behind him.

He then paused by Miss Alice and Mrs. Mona who was standing by the door. "Both of you please stay here and come get me if he seems to be in distress." They nod and he continued walking.

Janice took Faith from Miss Alice as she follows them down the stairs. Mr. Jackson went to the door with the medical team and thanks them for coming so quickly, they gave him a few more instructions before they left, he then close the door and made his way towards the kitchen. He went to the fridge, took out a cranberry juice, drank half of its contents then turned to his family.

"What happened?" He asks sternly. "It…It was my fault." Caleb answered looking nauseated. "I pushed him too hard. I just wanted him to listen to me. He was going on and on about how the child that the witch is carrying was his and I kept telling him that it might not be." Caleb said with his head down.

"I'm sorry Dad. I didn't mean to hurt him." "I know you didn't son, you have been Tyler's biggest protector since he was small and even though he insists that we treat him like our equal we have to remember that in some ways he really isn't."

He took another drink and turn to Janice. "I know you don't understand what just happened, so let me explain." "It's the same reason he blocked out that night when you first met him.

Tyler was born prematurely; at seven months to be exact.

He was very small, about half the size of Faith when she came here." Mr. Jackson said taking a deep breath. "Been so small; he had a severe breathing problem and every time he gets upset he has one of these episodes which put a lot of strain on his heart and lungs; so we have always tried to keep him as calm as possible."

Mr. Jackson took a seat at the counter and Fabian continues the explanation. "Ty has been admitted to the hospital more times than we can count. He spend three months in the hospital after he was born and the doctors told mom and dad that he may not live to see his fifth birthday." Fabian said with a snort.

"But they were wrong," Mrs. Jackson said defensively. "My baby is almost thirty." "Sometimes I forgot how sick he really is. But for the life of me I can't understand why he would go back to her; what could he be thinking." Caleb said in frustration.

Mr. Jackson sighs heavily and ran his hands over his face, he was about to speak when Anna entered the kitchen. "Hi everyone, what is going on, did something happen?" She asks in concern.

Ty had another episode." Fabian said. "Oh my gosh; is he okay; where is he?" She asks in a panic. "He's okay sweetheart; he's upstairs resting." Mrs. Jackson said calmly. "What happened?" She asks again.

"It was my fault," Caleb said sadly. "Oh; why am I not surprised; you and your stupid anger issues strikes again!" She shouts at him. "Alright enough." Her dad said in a stern tone. "Now, I know that all of you are frustrated about the fact that Tyler is back with that girl, and so am I." He said slamming the bottle on the counter.

"If I could lock him in this house for the rest of his life to keep him from that girl, I would, but I can't." He sighs heavily. "And I'm not going to be one of those fathers that cut off their children's inheritance because of their decisions. Good or bad, right or wrong they're your decisions." He said and continues.

"Now your mom and I have had countless conversations about Ty's situation and as sure as we're all sitting here we know that woman is going to hurt him again because as much as he wants it to be true, we seriously doubt that child is his and he's going to need all of us to help him get through it. So for God's sake no more drama about that woman. Just support your brother's decisions and let this play itself out." Their father demand.

"More like watching a train wreck about to happen and we're powerless to stop it," Caleb mumbled. "Call it whatever you like, just not in front of Ty, now I'm going to check his vitals." Mr. Jackson said leaving the kitchen.
