Miss Alice was in the process of packing when her doorbell chimed. She went and opens it and saw that it was her daughter and grandchildren. "Good, you're here. I don't have much time. Mr. Tyler is picking me up in an hour but I wanted to talk to you a bit. Now it's been three years since your husband died and I know you love the house that you both shared but I want you to seriously think about moving in here." She said checking her travel papers.
"You'll of course still have your privacy but at least that way we will all be together. Now currently Mr. Tyler is flying to England, he and his cousins will be performing at a friend's wedding and he's taking his wife and kids with him, hence I also have to go and since I'll be doing that whenever they travel together, instead of locking up my house till I get back, you and the kids could be here." She said putting a few more things in her suitcase.
"Besides sweetheart, I'm hardly ever here anyway, and well even when I am the house is big enough for the both of us and the kids and on the plus side it will cut off you paying rent, so what do you say, will you think about it?" Her mom asks.
"Are you sure, the kids can be a hand full?" She said looking at her kids rolling around on the floor in front of the TV. "Those are my grandkids, I'll walk through fire for them and I would love to have them here with me and well you know if they get too much out of hand then the belt will do the talking." Miss Alice laughs.
"Alright I will think about it and have an answer for you when you return." She said hugging her mom. "Have a safe flight and call me when you land." "I will, oh and there's a box of pastries on the table for you and the kids.

It was Monday afternoon when Miss Alice return home. Her daughter opens the door as the driver puts the last suitcase down. "Welcome home mom, but wait you left here with one suitcase and you came back with three, how's that?" Her daughter asks dragging one of the suitcases inside.
After they got all three in the living room Miss Alice sinks tiredly onto the sofa. "Well while I was over there I sort of came up with an idea. I told Mr. Tyler about it and he said it sounded good so he bought a few things for me to get started." She said tiredly.
"What kind of idea?" Her daughter asks sitting next to her. "Well I was thinking that we could build a shop at our gate, now I know that there's already one down the road but what if we sell something different, like braids, body sprays, lotions, slippers, and things like that and you could run it." Her mom said.
"Sounds good but where are we going to get the money to do that?" Her daughter asks. "Mr. Tyler said he would help us." "Oh okay then, I guess it could work but….."
"Mommy mommy Anthony nyam my cookie." Her little daughter screamed cutting her words short. "Grandma is home!" They both scream running over and hugging her. "No, I didn't!" "Yes, you did…mommy!" the child wails. "She gave it to me." "No I didn't, you liar!" "Alright stop! The next time grandma brings home cookies Anthony will only get one." She states.
"That's not fair!" The boy screams. "Neither was eating her cookie and Terressa the word is eat not nyam. Now, this conversation is over so get back in that room." She said pointing to the door. "Did you bring us presents grandma?" the little boy asks. "Yes, but you'll have to wait until I can get the things out of the suitcase." "Grandma brought me presents!" The boy shouts running from the room. "Brought us presents stupid." The girl said running after him.
"I thought they were in school." "I didn't send them because of the rain." Her daughter sighs. "Alright so tomorrow I'll talk to Mass Tom about digging the foundation, oh and I was also thinking that we could sell some of Miss Melissa's pastries too. There are so many things we could sell Pauline."
"This could actually work, anyway I'm going to take my tyrants home so you can get some rest." "So I guess that's a no on the moving in with me then?" Her mom asks sadly. "Actually the kids and I need to finish packing, the moving truck will be coming on Thursday, surprise!" Her daughter said with a wide smile.
"Oh wonderful, well off with the lot of you then, times a wasting." Her mom laughs shooing her out the door.
