It was like magic.

SLAP!

Another slap landed on Cameron's face, leaving palm marks on her soft skin and sending her to the ground.

Charlotte opened her mouth and couldn't close it, while Darling got the shock of her life, but only Olivia could feel the system's dilemma.

The makeup artist felt her heart skip a bit, while Olivia frowned, because her hands hurt so much.

She wonders how Emma maintained her body. A simple slap and it felt like she broke her arms or something.

She was about to rant to Darling, when Sammy sprung up from her seat and dashed towards her.

Olivia had realized that her skills in her former world, seems to remain there, which means she wouldn't be able to control Emma's body, like she could do to her own.

She doesn't want to lose face, since she had no idea what Sammy was capable of, so she spared herself the drama, with her tongue. 

Before Sammy could execute whatever she had planned, after seeing Cameron's wailing on the floor and hyping over the little amount of blood that shot out from the corner of her mouth, Olivia spoke up. "I'm guessing you're coming to pick up your poison." 

Olivia's eyes darted towards the bottled water, making Sammy stop in her tracks, but her chest were heaving up and down.

The exaggerated cries of Cameron, also minimized into a soft whimper.

That's where Charlotte's job came in. "Emma, you're saying the water was poisoned?" Charlotte asked, walking towards where the bottle had slipped to, after Olivia's slap performed its magic.

Cameron reached for the bottle in a flash, while Sammy, who had planned to slap Olivia, ended up helping up her assistant.

"Are you okay?" Sammy asked. 

Don't get her wrong here. She's not worried about Cameron. She has somehow given her an eye signal to make her get rid of the water.

She knew Charlotte was very experienced and would expose her to the public. She didn't want her perfect white lotus reputation to get stained.

She would be labeled, as a jealous girl, who couldn't handle one defeat. And to be honest, Emma has managed to gain a lot of fans.

They weren't much in numbers, but being a newbie artist, it was worthy of admiration.

And there's no way, she doesn't have haters. They would surely press on the issue and taint her.

But she wouldn't just back off. Seeing Cameron walk towards her seat with the bottled water, Sammy turned to face Charlotte.

You might be wondering why Olivia hadn't said anything during all these. 

Here was the reason.

After Charlotte asked the question about the water, Olivia turned to face Charlotte and before she could wonder who she was, memories flooded in.

Memories about how she came across Emma, while the girls were being ordered around and insulted by a stall owner.

Emma was helping customers to load their goods inside their cars and sometimes, she would carry it and follow the customer till they got to the bus stop and boarded a ride.

The customer would give her little change as a sign of appreciation, while some wouldn't bother, since the stall owner also gave Emma something.

Sometimes, it's the foodstuffs that would expire in a few days and sometimes, just little change.

Emma helped Charlotte with a sealed box, containing her purchase, but it was too heavy for her to carry alone. 

When she asked the woman to help lift it, so that she could carry it on her head, the woman started calling her 'useless' and so many insults.

Charlotte couldn't take her eyes off the girl. Even though she was sweating and dressed simply, she looks very attractive.

The perfect body for a model and perfect face for an actress. Her sun kissed tone was very mesmerizing. Her hair so long and eyes so deep, yet innocent. The type of eyes that didn't need to be stressed, before portraying all types of emotions.

When the woman said that she would chase her away, Charlotte couldn't help but raise her brows, because Emma lifted the carton by herself.

Her hands were shaking, same as her knees, but she still did it.

Charlotte realized that the job means a lot to the girl and when they were walking towards the bus stop, she offered Emma a job.

To help polish her into a popular actress, but she had to do everything she asked her. She asked if she's ready to do as she said without questioning and get to be famous and rich.

Emma was very grateful and agreed. Not for the fame, but because she would be able to pay off debt and be rid of fear.

That stall owner was short tempered, which means that she could chase her away anytime. 

What would her family eat, if she was sent away?

That was how Charlotte and Emma met.

Those details were a boring drama to Olivia though.

The only part that was making her inside boil, right now, was how Charlotte asked Emma to sleep with someone.

After thinking who that someone was, the image of Brian popped up, same as the scene of their awkward sex.

And now, she's currently inside such a body. A filthy body.

Olivia Smith's soul was inside the body of a woman that exchanged her body for a role!

Olivia's chest heaved up and down. She called Darling, but the bunny didn't reply to her, because she had already witnessed the drama that followed, after Olivia learnt about this fact.

Olivia glared at Charlotte and was about to say something, when Sammy spoke up. "Emma William. You would regret all you did today."
