Chapter 8 Act 1- Element of surprise

During the moment of early morning, Nathan would be seated in an empty room as Fate and Emma was paying attention to his meditation, "I don't think this will work on me, We been here for a very long while and I don't feel anything that flown within my body," Nathan would sigh as he was giving up hope,

Emma: "You better keep those eyes shut or else you're going to feel it again," Nathan would kept it close as Emma was siting far away from him while Fate was patting her head, "I understand that you're not getting it but have some time and effort to feel it because we can't ensure that if you're going to live or die in the same place, all for a waste of your idea," Fate would remove her hand and slowly was towards Nathan as Emma tried to pull her back but fail to got a hold of her, "Don't leave me alone, you don't know what he'll do to you," from her whispers, Fate didn't pay any mind to it because she was the one who's at fault for betrayal, if she didn't use her magic to remove her towel by that time, Nathan wouldn't be able to carried on with his dream, 

Fate: She clear her throat to then rest herself down next to Nathan as Emma came by the side of Fate to protect her from him, "I know it's hard to adjust the flow of mana, But you have to stay calm and try again because during this time, we're really in a need of this idea to work, without you using any magic, your chances would be very close to nothing," she would rest her hand on top of Nathan as Emma slowly follow along and rest her own on his shoulder, "We're here as your goddess to guild and to unlock your inner power, Stay calm and feel it flowing against your body and soul, Feel the rage, guilt and joyfulness that brings the person you are today and make sure that you don't ever forget the goal of your dreams,"

The hands that Nathan felt would disappear as the whole room change around him, "It's getting cold all of a sudden, why is that?" Nathan would open his eyes as he notice the very same girl who tried to murder him in his sleep, "Why are you here and what do you want from me," Nathan would remove himself to stand up and shift into his fighting formation, "I won't be trick by your lies demon," from the moment of speech, Nathan would appear to be right where he was seated as a tea cup was in front of him,

E҉m҉i҉: :: "Do you ever think about, how I will feel about this? Because I didn't came here to be threaten by the likes of you," She would slowly taken a spit of her tea as Nathan wasn't going to have a drink with her, "I see that you don't like what I make? It's just normal green tea, I know this is your most favorite drink to have in a busy time like this," Nathan would slam the table when she given the attention to him,

"I don't know who you are but why are you pretending to be someone that I don't know about," She would smile at him as Nathan couldn't move at all, "I won't be kill in the hands of you," She rest her cup down and from a blink of his eyes She would be sitting down on his lap to rest his head on her chest as Nathan didn't notice until till then but attempt to struggle to get her off, "What do you want from me," she pat his head,

E҉m҉i҉: : She move her hand around his hair while Nathan couldn't speak as his body wasn't his own anymore, "This is all that I need from you, Just pay attention and you'll get the answers that you want," Within a blink, Nathan would be watching himself laying down on her lay in a place by a river stream, "Do you remember anything about this? when we were kids," Nathan tried to speak as nothing couldn't be spoken out of his mouth, "You were always the cold hearted one and tried to pick on other kids that was twice your size and still won in every fights, do you remember that?"

??: "(Hello?)" 

E҉m҉i҉: : Nathan would notice the voice and look around, His body would move a bit as Emi notices the sound as she would be force him to look directly at her, "Don't look away from me and pay attention!" She would pouted as the whole area change to a classroom,

"Oh! I'm very sorry about that," Nathan would rub his head, "What's your name again?"

E҉m҉i҉: : "You don't need to tried so hard on remembering my name, I did told you that it's-"

??: "(help me)" 

"!?" Nathan would look around and begin to walk away from her as she tried to stop him again but something block her off, "I'm sorry but I have to go now, I'll talk to you tomorrow" Nathan spoken out a name that made the whole room fade to black, The room was silent and very cold as he continue to carried and follow the voice, "Don't worried, I'm here to help, but You have to tell me where do you want me to find you?" Nathan would regain his senses as he saw another girl standing in front of him, "How did I get here?"

??: "ℙ𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕖 𝕕𝕠𝕟'𝕥 𝕗𝕖𝕖𝕝 𝕒𝕟𝕪 𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕣 𝕒𝕘𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕤𝕥 𝕞𝕖, 𝕀'𝕞 𝕠𝕟𝕝𝕪 𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕥𝕠 𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕡 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕡𝕒𝕤𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕕𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕕𝕖𝕞𝕠𝕟 𝕨𝕙𝕠 𝕙𝕒𝕤 𝕥𝕒𝕜𝕖𝕟 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕝 𝕠𝕗 𝕙𝕖𝕣" She walk towards him as Nathan back away from her with a disbelief, "ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕔𝕒𝕟 𝕀 𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕪𝕠𝕦, 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕓𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕠 𝕥𝕒𝕜𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕝 𝕠𝕗 𝕞𝕖, 𝕀𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕘𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕠 𝕤𝕒𝕪?" Nathan couldn't say another word as he didn't trust her,

"How can I leave this place?" He turn and reach to grab her hand as The demon appear into the black room and walk slowly towards them, "I guess that this isn't my mind anymore," Nathan would move her behind him as his eyes appear to be glowing while Nathan gotten blinded from the light and awoken from the dream? "Wait! What are you doing," Fate and Emma would enter the room in a hurry,

Nathan carefully look around to see nothing has changed, "What a nightmare that I have," he given a small sigh of relief as he started to pay attention to the girls that hasn't say anything during the time when they open the door, "Is everything okay? Did I do something wrong for you girls to stay silent?" Nathan would slowly gotten up from the floor and swiftly notices the atmosphere has changed to a darker mood, upon turning around to get away, the girls would lift him into the air without any touch as his soul began to leave out of his body,

His soul was drawing near to see the world that isn't real as Nathan struggling hardly to be free from the non existenting grip, "I can't lets this end," Nathan couldn't scream nor call for help as he tried to fight it out for his soul not to be taken, in attempt to defeat this, he tried one more time as a very last chance to escape this dream or prison,

The goddess felt something that was going inside of the room as they begain to run over and see what it is,

Emma/Fate: upon opening the door, they smile qith congratulation, "You're a-" Both of them would turn while as Nathan gotten confused as why he felt another girl was hugging him, "Eh?"

From the stares that Emma has given to Nathan as Fate was still white as a sheep while The girl was still asleep from this, "I couldn't explain the situation that I'm in but let me explain myself please?" Emma would step forward as the whole room started to break around them,

Emma: "First, you saw me naked and when we now turn our backs to bring you something for your hard work, you kidnap a helpless little girl to do something that only the heaven knows," Nathan would move away as he carried the girl with him while she's slowly waking up, "I'm going to do what's best for us girls and remove what god gives you" Nathan would cover himself as She dash toward him and within that time the girl has awoken and stop her as Emma was very close to reach him, "I can't move for some reason? was this her doing" The girl would move her next to Fate as she didn't say a word to Emma, "Nathan, what the hell did you find?"

"How am I support to know what I just got from my head!?" The girl would turn around to him and sat on his lap as Fate gotten even more pale, "I was going to tell you about this little one but you have to attack me for no reason, not to mention I did say that I'm sorry," Emma would stare daggers directly at Nathan as he has nothing to do with it, "Let me explain first,"

After a whole talk about what happen, (I'm not lazy to write about that part)

Fate: "I still don't believe it, how could you take her out of your mind? It's just don't make sense," She would slowly poke her cheeks as the girl bite her finger, Emma would look at Nathan while fate trying to pull her finger out of her mouth,

Emma: "Well that can't be your powers, it just don't make any sense that you could summon anything or anyone that came to your mind," She would rest herself down and look at the girl as fate was struggling with her, "You should tell us more about the girl that tried to control your mind and soul," she pay attention to Nathan as he shake his head, "I known for a fact that whomever is or isn't there in your mind, trying to take control into something that we're not seeing," Fate would finally has free her finger from her mouth,

Fate: "Well all that matter, we have another problem to deal with! We're getting nowhere with this and I'm sure that I saw this women from somewhere!" The little girl turn to her and smile, "What's so funny? You bite my finger you little-" She would tried to grab a hold of her while the little girl holding fate away from her, "I suppose to be a goddess! No magic shouldn't effect me, So why this little brat, using this against me"

??: "Because I'm not a women like you," Both of the goddess who stop themselves and swiftly knee down in front of the little girl as Nathan was scared to hear a voice of an older women that spoke from her, "Now I know why you two were wondering out of the heaven gates to see this lovely human, He's very cute for a guy with this age, Still have a baby mama face," She would pinch his cheek as Nathan move away her hand,

"So who are you and why did you came out of my head?" Nathan would look around her body while She was fluster by him,

??: "You don't have to be so sudden with this relationship, we just met and I don't want to Become a mother already" she turn herself away and cover her face,

"None of that please and thank you because I don't want anyone out of this house to know that I have a little girl in my room,"

??: "Aw, don't worried about me little one, I couldn't be seen in this form even if a normal demi-human came over here to see u" someone would be knocking on the door, "Who would that be? Coming to see you in this early time is something more than what meets the eye to give u a quest,"

"How about only myself and I, go and answer the door for you, you're a god and you need to just do nothing and sit on this bed right here, It's very soft and comfortable for a baby to sleep," just before Nathan could get a change to leave, the little girl use her magic and stop him in one place,

??: "It's very kind for a man like you to answer the door for a lady, I may be a god but I won't let you open it for me," she would move him onto the bed and hold Nathan still as the little girl walk over and open the door, "It's nice to meet you, my name is Mulan and I'm just visiting the boy that been staying in this village," Zara would pause for a moment, "Is there something wrong miss?"

Zara: "I didn't know that a little girl could talk like that, Mulan you say? It's nice to meet you but where is your family? You shouldn't be here alone to meet with Nathan," in her mind she was wondering why she want to see him all of a sudden? Zare continue to think about it and juat brush it off, "I need to speak with him about something important to deal with, So you run along and play with the other children," Mulan would walk away from Zara as she enter in the house to see Nathan still sitting on the bed and couldn't move, "Did she wake you up from your nap? Or did I came in a bad time?"

He was able to move freely, "Not at all, I was just listening to her little story about how she's doing during this time," Nathan got off the bed and walk out to the living room and reat himself down, "So what brought you here? It's still early in the morning to begin the attack,"

Zare: "I didn't came all this way to bring you over for that, I just wanna give you some warning about the army,"

"What are you talking about with the people that going to help along the quest of taking down the forces?"

Zara: "about that, we're really down in force and we need to know if one of us could stay behind the village to keep guard, For my idea, I'm just saying instead of staying behind with the helpless we should-"

"Move into another location that the enemy don't know about? But how could we find that in a short amount of time if they found out," just before Nathan could continue Mulan came along and sat on his lap as she rub her head on his chest as Nathan went blank that Zara face was very confused why she's sitting on his lap, "What are u doing here little girl? You trying to get me in some situation," Mulan turn her head and smile,

Mulan: "Why can't a girl feel welcome with the man of her dreams," Zara and Nathan would stay silent for a while as Zara gotten up from her chair, "Are you leaving so soon?"

Zara: "Eh?" She would slowly wonder outside and didn't made any eye contact with Nathan, "Sorry for interrupting with whatever you were doing Nathan," Nathan would reach his arm or but couldn't say a world other than she got the wrong idea,

Mulan: "I never knew it was that easy to run a demi-human, you don't have to worried about this, I'll just remover a part of her memory about what she just saw, has never happen," Nathan would shake his head as he was still speakless about what has happen and regret if Zara would think of him different, "Dealing with the village is too easy for a god, leave it with us and we'll move them to safety, but I'm guessing that's not all you need?"

"Just promise me that you won't do it again, I'll give you the run down about the details later," Nathan would move her off as she climbed his back and sit on his shoulder while Nathan then walk outside and towards the villages.

Upon the trip, Nathan met the others as Zara was staring at something,

Mari: "What are you going to do with that Zara? You can't keep looking at it if you're not going to eat it," She would turn around and wave an hello to Nathan as he was walking to notices that Zara was holding a carrot, He began to ask about why she's holding a carrot as Lu move forward and answer his questions while Mari was standing behind, Looking at Zara as she slowly nibble the carrot, "I see that you're awake to see another day, are you ready to give us some motivation to this?"

"If I'm being honest I have no words to say about it, but I got an idea to how we could save two villages at a time, Zara told me that if we attack the base, Alex would have the chance to send his men from an hidden location to attack or enslaved this village here,"

Summon: "It's the same questions that I want to touch on as well, I'm sure that Zara already told about the situation that we got in our hands and it's best if we should leave one of us behind to protect the village, We for all barely now what he is capable to do but since this is your plan, you should know where is our next step,"

"My idea is simply to move the villagers to another safe location that none of the enemy couldn't get to, I don't know if you learn about the event that has happen before this, It's beat to do that instead of waiting for an ambush,"

They went silent for a bit until one of the girls step to speak in,

Lu: "How about we tried to implied the fact here, we're not going to finish anything if we kept this confusion going even more longer, we should draw a straw or just think about the plan together because this isn't working if the enemy is going to be a step ahead to kill us,"

Mari: "If we could do that, It'll be too much of a risk to send the village out in the woods to hide, this must be what Alex reason for us to be drawn out, if we send the villagers to safety, he could send anyone of his men to either kill or enslaved them, we won't have a way to escape other than to carried us out in the open to die or something worst,"

"I have an idea but we should wait until night falls as for now, we could gather the rest of the villagers and tell them about what's going to happen for now on, we need all the help and strength in power to do this," Nathan would look at Mulan as she started to smile silly,

Mulan: "Don't worried about it Nathan, I'll take them away to be save and well,"

"I really hope you got this one in control,"

Zara: "Who are you talking too Nathan?" Nathan would quickly say nothing, "Well, I can't continue this because we need to deal with the plan right here and now,"

They all noded there head and agree with it,

During that time, the moon was slowly rising from the sky as everyone was preparing to leave,

During the walk everyone has pathed into a small group and head to different location,

"What to do now? Do you have any idea to free your missing family and friends?" Nathan would face one of the soldiers that's walking with him,

Soldier #1: "Well we should've known one of the location that we're heading now, if we kept following down this pathway, we'll surely reach there before the moon reach to the midd point of the sky," the rest of them would agreed and continue to look around,

Soldier #2: "Look over there," he point to a spot that was very empty,

"What are we looking at here?" They turn from the pathway and walk down to the open field,

Soldier #1: "This is a safe zone, here we could set up base to prepare for the attack that's going to be ahead on, It's very far from where we need to begin the attack but it's a very cool check point to sit and relax,"

"Not to mention we could stay back and hide," they all agree and started to set up camp, "I need all of you to liaten well about something that I had to ask of you," everyone was giving the attention to Nathan, "I'm sorry but I'm going to do this journey alone and I ordered for you all to move into this location and make sure you protect the villagers there," Just before they a say a word, Mulan would use her magic as the soldiers disappeared from his very eyes, "Are you sure you could redirect there memories?"

Mulan: "Don't every doubt the power of the gods and goddes, It's very easy like a baby lifting up a leaf, as soon as they arrived the location, the men and women would do there jobs and protect the area without anyone or any creature attacking the villagers,"

"I really hope that this going to be a simple hunt to safe them,"

The night time has fallen as Nathan was walking alone to a near by location of the village

"How far is this? I been walking for a while now and I started to get used of killing those demonic rabbits, I'm still unsure that I could ever survived if they use their magic to fight back," Nathan would sits behind a bush to catch his breathed from all of the fighting and walking, "How much farther, do I have to walk?"

Mulan: "At least you made this far without asking if you reach there or not, you did what you can until you literally sitting in front of their base," Nathan would take a look at the place as he saw numbers of guard patrolling the area

"How could I make my way inside the village without because caught or kill? I don't have a choice to make because If I did bring along the others, I'm not sure about there chance of surviving," Mulan would rub his head as she also pat his katana,

Mulan: "You have the weapon to make a stance, go out and fight for what's right, I'll help you to the point of getting inside the village without being kill,"

"How are you going to preform that? Fate and Emma told me about the rules with the upper gods, if you tried to do anything that could harm them, you'll get yourself kill or punish."

Mulan: "Just use your magic careful and stay within the zone," Nathan would noded and begin to breathe in and out slowly as mist surround the area, the guard grew there suspicious and look over to the forest as they had a mind of someone or some creature is hiding, "Keep the mana that flows around and inside of ur body, make sure that the power you have chosen will guild yourself to a better journey to this quest that we want from you," Nathan continue to forus as the guard slowly inches towards the forest, "Now walk out and fight your way into this village," Nathan would open his eyes to see himself walking out of the forest and face the soldiers that was in front of him

Soldiers: "Well, Well, Well, it looks like we lift one of our useless worker out for too long, lets show him what happens when they didn't listen to us," They would slowly walk towards Nathan as he swiftly drawn his katana and slashed the guard throat, "He's one of those fighters! Draw you weapon men," they drew there weapon and began to rush towards Nathan,

"Bring it on! I could take any of you on, (with the help of Mulan, They can't stop me)" Nathan would step forward and run to the guard and swung his blade as he taken them down one by one, he continue killing themn off slowly and making his way towards the villages,

Soldier: "Die!" He swung his sword to Nathan as he deflect the attack and knock him away as another came to recover the other attack when Nathan being thrown back for a bit, he started to strike each of there body, "Don't give up and fight harder, we'll show this clown in his place!" They gather even more strength in number as Nathan was feeling a little too overwhelm by there attack and numbers

Nathan heavily step his grounds and use his last stance, breathing heavily, he began to spring himself into a motion as his attack impact deadly like a wind blows calmly through his blade, "Is this even a challenge? They fallen like flies, (Maybe this is my moment to be overpowered and safe this village without any scar within my body,)" As soon as Nathan open the door, A shadow appear to his very eyes and damage his whole body as He flown into a building,

??: "Aw, did I interrupt something important for you? Now I could finally say that it's my lucky day to find one of her strongest fighter at this very village, May the very king be so kind to give one of his main warriors to enjoy the moment of beating this one to death," His evil smile shines under the moon as he began to laugh happily while Nathan was slowly making his way out of the building with out his weapon, Wondering on what has happen.

He spat out some blood as he watch the man laughing himself off, "what did I bring myself too?" Nathan would take a step forward,

??: "A gift that I have no choice to make him one of my muppets, shush a shame to waste this moment,"
