"You seem to know everything, don't you?" Yu Guang laughed.

He was just saying this casually, but it sounded like he was trying to find out more about him, which meant that Yu Guang was interested in him. For Le Tai who wanted to rope in Yu Guang, this was a good thing.

Le Tai smiled as well. "I'm considered the assistant of the chief, and I help him with his matters. You know that our chief is a relatively low-key person and doesn't like to be bound by rules and regulations, so whenever he has something to do, he would ask me to do it. As long as I'm free, I'll be there personally." 

"So that's how it is," Yu Guang replied and didn't say anything else.

Le Tai scratched his face awkwardly, but he couldn't figure out Yu Guang's thoughts for a moment. He could only give Cui Anyu a meaningful look and ask her to persuade Yu Guang more.

Cui Anyu, who remained calm, immediately responded with a firm nod. They exchanged glances as if to say, "Don't worry, I'll pay attention to him!"

Lucia, who was standing at the side, saw the two of them winking at each other, and the jealousy in her heart rose again. In the past, Le Tai would always take care of her at the first moment. But ever since Cui Anyu came, Le Tai would only assign tasks to her, and he was as cold as an unfamiliar leader.

"Han Nan, are you ready? We must work hard so we don't embarrass ourselves!" Lucia could only vent her anger on Han Nan and warn him.

Han Nan rolled her eyes in disdain. "Whatever. Big sister, our talent level is at the bottom, so it's useless to work hard. I'll only accompany you for a walk. If it's too dangerous, I'll get out of there right away. Don't expect too much from me." 

"Coward. Weren't you quite brave earlier? You even used vines to protect me. I'll remember your kindness!" Lucia remembered that Han Nan protected her at the first moment of danger. If it weren't for his small eyes, she would have asked him out on a date as a favor. 

However, Han Nan's small eyes were too flexible. They kept rotating as if they were always observing their surroundings. This made Lucia feel very uncomfortable.

Ke Zhen patted the dust off his butt and stood up. He waved at Yu Guang and said, "Are you ready? It's time to set off!"

Yu Guang smiled at him. He stood up and prepared to go to the gathering, but he felt that the corner of his shirt was being pulled. 

It was Cui Anyu. She grabbed Yu Guang's shirt and whispered to him, "Don't stay too far away from me later. I'll protect you!"

"Uh... Thank you." Yu Guang smiled politely. He thought to himself that this silly girl's reaction was all focused on the battle. She was so slow that she hadn't even noticed his strength yet.

"Then it's a deal." Cui Anyu let go of him, pretending to be unfamiliar with Yu Guang, and walked over to gather first.

The group of six automatically formed a pair, with Ke Zhen, Captain Lu, and Le Tai standing in a row for the final lecture.

Captain Lu opened his backpack, and a few humming sounds came from inside. Then, six bee-like insects appeared. However, they didn't have eyes or mouths, and their heads were like cameras.

"This is our Beastmaster Association's latest research product, the true eye bug. It's an artificial familiar in the form of an insect. It will follow you and lets us know everything about your situation. That way, it's going to be easy for us to gather intelligence and rescue you in time." 

"Okay."

After Captain Lu finished speaking, the six small insects flew to them.

He continued, "The true eye bug is a small target, and it also has the ability to dodge on its own. All you have to do is to ensure your own safety. Every mystic realm's situation is different, so do what you can."

Yu Guang raised his hand and let the true eye bug land on his finger. He thought to himself, "As expected of an officially recognized profession. They really have the money to develop such an advanced thing." 

Le Tai, who was at the side, was also about to cry. He thought to himself, "What a show-off. They're deliberately doing this because of the newcomers." He turned his head and just happened to see Captain Lu proudly observing Yu Guang. As expected, he was flexing their power to attract Yu Guang. 

No matter how anxious he was in his heart, he could only watch as he silently spat.

"The purpose of entering this time is only to explore. Don't take the initiative to provoke the demonic beasts inside, do you understand?" Ke Zhen said.

"Understood!" the six people answered in unison.

"Very well! Let's go in!"

"Okay!"

Just as his voice fell, the six people turned around and jumped into the crater without hesitation.

At first, they were falling at a very fast speed. They were like falling meteors, their arms seemingly rubbing against the air. They were so fast that they were screaming. Then, their speed gradually slowed down, as if they were being dragged by an upper body airflow. Their bodies were as light as a falling leaf.

However, the temperature of their surroundings gradually changed.

Yu Guang seemed to have heard someone calling him. He turned around and found that Cui Anyu and the others were getting further and further away from him. Then, his vision turned into a vast expanse of whiteness, and the people were drowned in the light, along with their voices.

The rising temperature made Yu Guang feel that something was wrong. He released his power to wrap himself up, and a patch of red scorched earth suddenly appeared in front of him! Flames were burning all around him, and the air was distorted. Everything in sight felt surreal.

The true eye bug quickly caught on to this and transmitted the situation inside the mystic realm to the people guarding outside.

What received the information was a hexagonal display screen. The six pieces were put together with the true eye bug's transmission. At the moment, the six different images were too busy for people's eyes.

Le Tai said in surprise, "I've only read about the blazing mystical realm in a book. It said that the land was barren for thousands of miles. Now, the description in the book is too subtle."

Ke Zhen nodded in agreement. "It's very hot just by looking at it. I don't know if these kids can hold on."

"Hiss..." Captain Lu narrowed his eyes and looked at the screen. "Why aren't there any people in the footage taken by these true eye bugs?"

Hearing that, everyone focused their eyes and looked at the screen. It was a fiery red scene. Other than the scorched red earth, there was also a burning crack in the ground. The scanning lens did not capture any other people. It was as if there was only one person in there!

"Oh no!" Captain Lu slapped his forehead and said, "The portal's random teleportation scattered them. If I had known earlier, I would have equipped them with a communication device."

In the mystic realm, cell phone signals would be blocked. In extreme weather, they might not be able to turn on their phones.

Yu Guang took out his cell phone and tried to contact Cui Anyu. He found that the plastic edge of the phone was as soft as an eraser. If he twisted it a little, he could even make a small ball out of it!
