Blaze turned to her. She knows her husband talks to their son a lot of things. Even after she escorted the twins to their room, Siegfried hadn't come out of Theo's room. So, she waited.

He looked at her and smiled. "You told him about the kidnapping, didn't you?"

Oh. She nodded. "Not in detail. He doesn't need to know that his parents were beaten unconscious and left in a frozen lake."
