Chapter One Hundred Thirty

Jae entered Blaze's office to retrieve all the documents related to the case his best friend was handling. An order from Lawyer Reyes. As long as Blaze is still under the supervision of the police and prosecutors, Blaze will be deactivated in all handling cases. Although in fact, according to Jae, Blaze will choose to leave Reyes' law firm later. But that's still just an assumption.

Jae took out all the new case documents from the desk drawer as well as the cupboard containing the other case folders. Soon, Sandy came with several other employees. They took the documents that had been selected by Jae.

"I think there are only ten new cases," said Sandy.

Jae nodded and closed the cupboard. He then took the two remaining documents from Blaze's desk. Now the man's desk is clear of piles of documents. It was as if Blaze had just submitted his resignation letter.
