Daniel Lowells and Arthur are watching traffic CCTV footage obtained by Yvan regarding Blaze's kidnapping. In about two minutes of footage, it is very visible how the accident happened. It happened so fast, so they must be very professional people. They can even avoid having their faces caught by the camera.
