Chapter Fifty Eight

Jae put on his coat after he got a call from Cameron about Blaze's condition. He doesn't know, but he feels that since getting the Lowells Group case, Blaze has always been in trouble. First the wound on his left hand, the incident of 'kidnapping' by Daniel Lowells. Oh, he even remembers Blaze's story about falling off a horse when he went to Baguio. He thought that after the Lowells Group case was over, Blaze could live his life more calmly. But now the man is in the hospital – for the umpteenth time.

He took a deep breath and called out to Benice. He didn't have the courage to speak directly to Blaze's mother. He signaled to wait for Sandy when the woman approached him.

"Benice, sorry to bother you. Uhm, I want to tell you that Blaze is currently in the hospital," He finally said. Jae held his breath when he heard the woman's panicked response on the other end of the phone.
