Meeting of Packs
"Good morning, Alpha Asher." Liam stood up from the chair to greet his Alpha as he walked down the stairs.
He was trying to be his usual lively self this morning, but he knew he could not really hide his emotions from Elias; but he still had to try.
His mind went back to last night and his smile widened even more. If such a thing was possible.
After he had carried her to her room, preparing to bid her goodnight. He really meant to wish her a good night, but she had invited him in.
They had spent an awkward moment lying beside each other. Then he had summoned the courage and entwined their hands and he felt her tremble beside him. Turning to face her, h saw her orbs light up, sparkling something animalistic in him.
"Kiss me." She had whispered and he had done just that. It had taken every ounce of power to push himself to stop.
"Hum hum." Someone coughed beside him and he looked up with a smile.
