We stood at my locker when we heard a scream. The three of us glanced at each other and took off in the scream's direction. We stopped to see Mario and his goons surrounding Elena.

Oh, hell no. Elena can take one, but not all three.

The three of us rushed them. Before Mario and his goons realized what had happened, we yanked them from her and shielded Elena.

/"Oh, it’s the big bad boys coming to protect the little girl,/" Mario said.

I looked at Jordan and Frazier as they looked at me. We started cracking our knuckles and smiling. It would be a suitable time for them to run away, which they didn’t—big mistake.

They got tossed through the air without pants and bloody lips and noses. Jordan thought beating the shit out of them was enough, and Frazier preferred to pant them.

They ran past everyone as people laughed. We held up their pants.
