After we returned from Uncle Mason’s house for spring break, Jordan acted weirder than usual. I’m not sure what had happened, but something did. As for Bella, she was getting stranger by the minute. It was that, or she had a weird hormonal imbalance. I’ll never understand girls.

I didn’t know who the ringleader was between them, but both got on my fucking nerves.

/"Dude, what the hell is wrong with you? Are you on your period or something?/" Frazier asked Jordan.

Jordan glanced at Frazier as I searched my locker for something.

Then someone walked up and placed their hands over my eyes. /"Guess who?/"

/"I don’t have to guess./" I removed their hands.

/"Oh, don’t be such a grumpy Gus, Ryan./" Bella jutted out her bottom lip.

I rubbed my forehead, turned around, and leaned against the lockers. /"Bella, you seem like a great girl, but I’m not interested./"
