Raven Goods Shop

"Good brat, this was a good, guilds are more open to cooperate with us and we can have much more benefits from them now." Old Pat said with a smile. Quite a few guilds have contacted them looking to buy information about Great Lord monster.

"Indeed, this is going to be a good thing once we establish our shops" Leroy nodded. "Here, there are two forging designs that dropped from the boss." He passed the Thunder Set Equipment and the Cursed Goblin Sword designs over to Felicity.

"This is great, we have the talent required to craft them at a profitable rate of success" Felicity said as she kepts the designs.

"Leroy, Aqua Rose seeked contact with us to discuss some cooperation. They want to buy some Starfire Ore and, if possible, Epic Rank items in exchange of information" Felicity also added.

"Interesting, I'll let you decide on that" Leroy replied, Epic Items were too valuable, with one, it would be hard for a guild not to get stronger each day.

"How is the nurturing of Lifestyle players going?"

"We currently hired three hundred forgers, all of them are intermediate rank or above. As you asked, we have focused on hiring alchemists and currently have two thousand of them. As for chefs, we have focused on nurturing only ten." Felicity reported their current situation.

"Good, if they already have a contract put them to produce the Light Stones, we should have enough materials to craft the Set Equipment and the Cursed Goblin Sword too, I'll pass down recipes for two potion recipes to our alchemists. Uncle Pat, the money for the commercial lands should be there right?"

"Indeed, we sold quite a few items and materials but finally got the money, you should establish the shop as soon as possible" Old Pat said and passed the money to him.

"Alright, BadHalo, what do we have about mysterious flames?" He then asked his informant

BadHalo checked his notes and replied. "Mysterious Flames is a type of flame that players needs to craft items, the ones at the forging, alchemy and cooking associations are actually Tier 1 Mysterious Flames.

The books said that players can actually bind a flame and share it with other players in the guild facilities. It increases the succes rate of lifestyle professions that requires fire and even improves the battle power." BadHalo gave all the information he had.

"So it's actually something like that, it seems there isn't much information about them" Leroy commented.

"Alright. How are the main forces?"

"Everone is in high spirits, they want to search for more Great Lord monsters" Ford said with a chuckle.

"Uncle Louis?"

"Nothing new that needs a report, we keep gathering information, soon we will send some members to other kingdoms and empires but our colaboration with other guilds will do for now" Louis also reported, information gathering was not easy, the members also of the team also had to be high level.

"Elise, It's rare too see you here" Leroy said.

"You brat, if you are going to keep a high profile, you can't be wearing such a an antiaesthetic clothing" Elise said with a displeased face.

Leroy didn't know how to respond, it was true that his equipment looks didn't match and actually seemed pretty ridiculous.

"Luckily, I've acquired a Tailoring Hidden Class, and found clues about a Tailor skill quest that can help with that, I came here because I need members of the main force to help me with the quest." Elise explained.

Now they understood why she would assist to a meeting, their mouths twitched.

"Alright, Mark will take care of it" Leroy said. Some equipments were bound to not have a good appearence, if not part of a set it would even be bad looking.

However, there was something that Elise didn't let other than a few people know, with said skill, she could change the appearence of equipment without changing it's attributes, else, she may be forced to sign a contract if she wanted help from the guild.

"If there is nothing else..." Leroy said while standing up....

Star-Moon City, City Hall

"Lord Count, how can I serve you" a femal manager bowed slightly.

"I want to purchase land" Leroy replied.

"Please, follow me to the vip room." she said and guided him to a private room.

"This is all the available commercial land on Star-Moon City, because of my lord status, you have a 20% discount on all of them" The manager said and passed him a book.

Leroy quickly looked through the pages, even the cheapest land costed 2,500 Gold Coins.

He took his time brieftly looking through the pages.

"I want this land" He pointed his finger to a large available land close to the Auction House. This was according to Old Pat's decision, currently players mainly used the Auction House to sell and buy items, putting a Shop there would secure the traffic of players. Buying from a player shop would save them the fee from the Auction House.

"This land has a cost of 14,900 Golds, my lord also needs to pay a monthly property tax of 15%" she explained.

"Alright" He said and passed the money. After a few minutes received the land deed, then he choose a building model for the shop, it was a three-story building.

He spent 1,000 Gold in the building and hired 20 Advanced Npcs to take charge of the sells of items

"Uncle Pat, it is done, I named it Raven Goods" he then sent a message to Pat, of everyone he was the most interested in bussiness and didn't really care much about other things.

"Good, it should be constructed soon, give me the full manager rights." Old Pat said.

"Alright" He opened the menu and gave Old Pat the full rights to control the shop.

Afterwards, Leroy returned to his private room at the Guild Residence and logged out to rest and train.

--------------------------------------------------

"Hm? Look this npcs are constructing a new builing here"

"Yeah, this is new..."

"I wonder what they are constructing"

As the building was being constructed, it inmediatly attracted the interest of the players in capital city.

Half a day later, Leroy wake up and entered God's Domain again.

As he appeared, a system notification informed him that the shop construction was completed.

"Raven Goods Shop? Look at the rare potions they have! and these equipment is all high ranked"

"Even the silver rank equipment is the best of their rank"

"Look at this, it says Sensations Casting Potion, it is a player made potion!"

"That's insane, what is it, is Sensations a member of Raven Sanctuary?"

"Not only does Raven Sanctuary have so many experts and equipment, but even the top Alchemist is there!"

"Look, there is even Dark Gold equipment, other guilds would definetly not sell these, how generous of them"

As players entered the new shop, they found that it had a large amount of items usefull for them. Npc's shop didn't sell potions, it was common knowledge, players could only get them by crafting or buying from other players. While high rank equipment would only be reachable for large guilds or powerful Adventure Teams, guilds would definetly not sell their best equipment but now everyone was shocked!.

"Lad, come to the office in the shop" It was Old Pat.

The shop had three floors, one for items sales, a second for the forgers, alchemists and tailors, and a third one that Old Pat set as an office. It was a standard way of assigning the floors.

Leroy went to the shop, it had three floors and had an exquisite design, even npc established shops didn't look as good as this one. As he walked inside he saw that everything was well arranged and the luxurious enviroment was reflected on the shock in the player's faces. Without contemplating things much, Leroy took a drink from the lobby and went upstairs.

At the third floor were a few people waiting outside the room, as they saw Leroy walked pass them an entering the office they involuntary raised an eyebrow but didn't said anything.

Inside the office.

"Uncle Pat, it seems these guilds didn't lose time" Leroy greeted the old man who had a pleased smile on his face.

"Indeed, some of their representatives has been waiting for an hour now" Old Pat said. "I called you so that you can look over the agreements, after all you are the Guild Master and they should see a face. I also want to know your ideas about the matter".

"Hmn, I understand" Leroy nodded.

"I think that we can offer them priority over our items so long they offer us priority and discounts over rare materials and such. We should treat first and second-rate guilds with the same benefits, so that the competition between them intensifies a bit.

We need to secure a supply for independant players too, and focus on building a good image for them, while reducing our conflicts with other guilds as much as possible, this way we can focus on trade and dungeons and not in dealing with them.

Currently we are regarded as one of the strongest guilds in Star-Moon City, once guilds from other territories starts looking for trouble here, we can think of fighting them off and create a sense of belonging among the independant players towards the kingdom, and toward our Guild.

Maybe we can offer independant players some type of discount or benefits too if they are associated with our Raven Goods Shop, but only to those capable of providing items." Leroy spoke his opinion

"Indeed, we mostly agree on that, I was thinking of offering independant players benefits based on the items they can provide and the amount of items they purchase. Forming a good impression on them and a sense of belonging to our guild will make our development much easier too, even if other strong competitor appears, so long the price difference is small, we'll still have customers" Old Pat agreed with all that Leroy said.

"How is our development in other countries?" Leroy asked Pat.

"Currently we have some people negotiating cooperation with guilds in kingdoms around. However, only Black Dragon Empire seems worth our attention, our branch at Saint Leaf Empire developing even faster." Old Pat explained, he liked that Leroy involved himself more in the guild affairs, but developing in a kingdom was slower than an empire which was not that good for them.
