"That bastard..." Charlotte muttered, as her eyes opened slowly. Her head felt heavy, and the back of her neck was hurting real bad from the sudden strike with which Lucas had put her to sleep.

The fact that he had left her naked and unconscious with her hands tied behind her, had her even more embarrassed. She was quivering with fright, as she recalled that she had been lying on top of Xavier. Where the heck was he?

"What in the world is the meaning of this?" Alpha Charles's voice came too suddenly, scaring her out of her senses. "How much more creepy can you get?"

The alpha was livid from seeing her lying flat and unclad on the bed, with her thighs spread apart. The smell of her arousal was making him even more irritated.

"I'm sorry, Alpha..." Charlotte was soon in a frenzy, as she was looking all around for where Xavier could have been.
