Fallen Angel

"I know you're afraid Nina but you're the only one who can defeat him." Hernia said convincing Nina.

She took the knife and made a small cut on her thumb. Blood rushed out of it and she placed the book immediately underneath her hand.

"But I'm not strong enough. I've not tried using my powers on anyone before." Nina was getting frustrated with the whole thing.

"You're wrong. You're a supreme demon and can defeat anything without having limits."

They vanished from the room leaving Talon and Nina alone. He approached her and sat close to her.

"Why is it blank?" Nina flipped through the pages and saw that there was nothing written in the book..

Talon's attention went on full alert as he snapped his head to the book. When he looked down at the book he saw that there was no written words on it. This made him dumbfounded because he read the book a day ago.

It was written by a demon who cast a spell for only a demon kind to be able to read it.

"It could be that he already knows you're coming for him so he wiped out every written words about him."

Nina spent the whole week with Talon who taught her everything she should know about Lucifer. How he was a fallen Angel who came down to earth because of his pride.

The demons appeared in the room to give her lessons on using her powers well without any limits.

"Think about the death of your parents. How Lucifer killed them and ripped out their god-damned heart. Think about how he made you an orphan in just one night. Nina don't just be a pathetic demon."

The fake memories of Nina's parents dying flashed inside her head.

Nina fell onto her knees as her emotions took over her. Black tears fell from her eyes down her cheek.

The memories were affecting her so much that she couldn't focus. She could hear the scream of her mother before she died.

"I don't think this would work." Piper observed Nina who was on the ground crying.

"It will only make her sad. Let's do something that would anger the demon inside her."

"Get me the electric shocker," Hernia said.

They wore the collar around her neck and not too long later she began to vibrate non-stop.

She fell onto the ground crying more and more like a baby.

She rolled down and stopped next to Talon who had a pitiful look on his face.

Her eyes locked with Talon and he was using the expression on his face to tell her something. Nina put two and two together and she realized he was telling her to bring out the powers in her.

He was right.

If she acted weak in front of the demons they would only punish her more.

Talon watched with anger boiling inside him as he saw what the demons were doing to her. He tightened his hand to the extent that his claws was shooting out of his skin.

He knew of this all too well. How they punished him when he was still learning to control his powers. They would make him walk on hot coal and torture him with long whips.

Blood gushed out of her nose with black tears coming out of her eyes.

She looked at him with understanding and he breathed out in relief. Not a second later, her eyes had turned pure black.

She knelt down and her sharp fangs came out.

Suddenly the temperature in the room began to change.

It got really hotter. Even with the air conditioner in the room, the atmosphere was still hot.

Why was it so hot?

Talon eyes darted to the wall of the room and was surprised to see how it changed from the normal white to red. It was like as if a hot volcano was burning in the next room.

Everybody in the room was sweating profusely. Slowly the walls began to crack.

Talon turned his attention to Nina who was standing still even with the electric shocker on her neck. Her skin looked red and she was staring at the demons with black eyes.

The thought didn't cross Talon's mind that she would have such an ability. He stared at the small monster with desire in his eyes.

She back flipped and broke the collar from her neck. Her black eyes burned with grief and anger in it.

Talon looked at the demons and for the first time fear ran through their eyes as they stepped back.

"Go and fight with her let's see how much powers she got." Piper gestured for the other demon and he charged at her.

The male demon ran to Nina fast but with her enhanced vision, she saw it was in a slow motion.

Long sharp fangs came out of his mouth. He swung his hand at Nina but she caught it in a swift movement.

She held onto his neck tightly and head butted him. He took few steps back as he staggered.

Nina used the opportunity to smash him hard on the wall breaking it and they landed in the next room.

The air began to snap around them as black veins filled inside Nina's body. Slowly, Nina began to levitate from the ground.

Upon seeing this, the male demon took cautious steps backwards.

Nina clapped her hand once and the room vibrated almost collapsing on the ground.

The demons was yelling for Nina to stop but she didn't hear anything.

The people had awakened the monster inside her and now she could not control the urge to destroy the male demon.

Nina stretched her hand towards him and the table close to him turned into black dust.

With inhuman speed, Nina wrapped her hands around his neck as she raised him up from the ground.

He was bleeding through his nose and eyes. Nina could hear the crack of his bones as he opened his mouth to say something.

Out of nowhere, something tackled her to the ground and a white syringe needle penetrated through her skin.

Her eyes grew hazier and within the next few seconds, blackness blurred out her vision. She blinked twice trying to fight it but everything turned black.
