Chapter 10

"Atem, Amore, Crow, and Mana were all centered in the village, as the other villagers were around them. Two horses was brung for both Crow and Atem, as they were leaving for the forbidden Realm. They both had black armor on, although Atem was more with symbols from ancient Egypt. As well as he had a piece of the armor within his hair as well, and two swords inside both holsters. Crow had almost the same attire on, but his was more like a hawk with wings, and his long blade that was gifted to him. Amore looked upon at Atem as he stood looking back at her."She smiled softly at him, as he nodded and done the same. Turning around to get on the horse, but got grab gently by Amore as he glanced back at her. She then got this painful feeling watching him leave with his back turned towards her. She couldn't shake the feeling that it would be the last time they'd see another.

The sun was starting to awake, but still mostly dark for the people, as they had torches to see better. "I..." Amore tried to say, but couldn't as she then felt Atem touch her. His hands was soft against her fragile pale skin, which warmed her cheeks as she tried to not cry. "I'll be okay, Amore..." he told her. "She smiled hearing that, as it relieved her of her troubles for him. However build up affection was still happening, and though he was leaving for awhile she still wished she could come. "I know.." Amore responded as that's all she could say. She sighed in her mind though, hoping that he'd come back around soon. Crow slowly walked him and his horse over there as he looked at Atem. "You ready?" Crow asked sternly. Atem finally got on his horse officially, and looked over at crow with a stern look.

"Ready!" He said. The two of them turned their horses and headed out of the village fast. Amore and the two children, watched as Crow and Atem were almost completely unable to see anymore." "Mana mostly watched from the back, as she set off on the hill tops. She saw Atem and Crow pass by. Mostly however, she was staring at Crow than anything else. What he had told her a day ago, it was settling inside of her, and when she stared at him longer a soft blush of reddish cheeks came upon her face. She covered it looking down briefly, and then looking back up. Once she did, they were both gone, invisible to see anymore. Mana decided that she wouldn't sit around however until they came back. She'd practice her magic and work on getting stronger for Mahad. She thought about that gruesome day, and the horror she witness. How Mahad screamed, and then got silence so easily by a sword through his mouth.

"Her eyes were so big, and all she could see was Phineas big smirk upon him. He didn't care, he was heartless, cold and selfish. There was no way that Atem died without him having something to do with it. She vowed she'd make him pay for what he did to them and destroyed their homes. Mana balled her fist up, walking back into the village when she heard someone call her name. "Mana!" One shouted as they approached her more. Mana rotated her eyes looking up, she skirt blowing in the wind, along with her brow spike hair. "Oh? H—hey Amore." She said softly. Amore looked at her trouble to say the least, feeling that Mana been through a lot already. "Are you okay?" Amore asked her. "...no, not really." Mana said softly as she turned back to the horizon. "I wish I went with them. I don't know, sitting here anticipating them to return safely. It hurts me, Atem is my friend.

I don't want him to be harmed." Mana said looking down and closing her eyes tightly. She felt a soft grab as she reopened her eyes to see Amore hugging her. Amore wrapped her arms softly around Mana, and then released her as she smiled gently. "I know how you feel, Crow is like a brother to me, I don't wish for him to be harmed either." Amore explained. "Although, we need to have faith in them, they shall return, and when they do, it'll be great news." She said smiling towards Mana. "Mana nodded at Amore's accusations and tried to think positive like she was. Still Mana, knew that Atem wasn't ready to face Phineas. He seemed to have this dark energy around him, like he had powers or something. He must've been planning this every since he was in the royal court.

Waiting for the day where he could get Atem out of the way so the kingdom would be his for the taking. Mana slowly walked off leaving Amore there by herself. Amore watched her for a moment, as Mana went back to her own tent to grab her staff. em style="box-sizing: border-box;"'If Phineas thinks, that I won't take him down. He has another thing coming! I am coming for you...' Mana said angrily in her mind. She grab her staff and walked out again as she rushed to an isolated area to train.

"Amore was inside the other tent, when she went around helping other people with crops and things. She glanced up for a slight moment and managed to see Mana rush off into the forest. Amore worried for her, and she didn't like the fact that she had her weapon which made it suspicious. Amore finished helping those old men, as she smiled and walked off quickly. Mana went further inside, as she panted from practically running into the forest. She soon caught her breathe and immediately closed her eyes to feel her power. She wanted to get stronger for Mahad, all that training he had her do, she wanted it to pay off in the end. If she was going to die, she would take Phineas with her. "She took out the staff, and begun waving it around, as she started to float.

"Aaaa—Hh!" Charging herself up she forced her eyes open which created a shock-wave of power through her veins. Allowing the staff to start glowing, as she took aim at a nearby tree. Using her abilities, she shot down at it allowing it to blast into pieces. It shook the nearby forest for a second, but then she begun training and kicking and things. She continued this for awhile, when Amore came through the forest in her own armor and battle gear. She was carrying daggers, and her bow and arrows on her back. "Hey, is everything okay?" She asked Mana who she thought was in danger. Mana floated down, and looked at Amore. "How did you find me?" Mana asked questionably. "I'm a good scouting person." Amore said. "That, and that gigantic blast you did, wasn't very "calm." She chuckled. "Sorry, I just wish to train to get stronger." Mana said looking down.

"Phineas killed my master, my closest friend, other than Atem. I have to kill him." She demanded balling her fist in rage. Amore nodded in understanding as she took out her bow and arrows. "Then let us train together." She added on. Mana widened her eyes, seeing how serious Amore gotten, her face was straight and she looked at Mana focused and ready. "Are—are you sure?" She asked Amore. "Of course I am. You are not the only one who wishes to get revenge. So let's do it." Mana smiled as she felt that Amore was someone who could hold her own, and become someone stronger just the same. She was happy, and willing to allow Amore to train with her. The two stepped on opposite sides of another, as they nodded smirking as they were going to train together.
