Temper

Dawn arrived slowly. Lu Shang woke up with his body hurting all over, but he didn't care as he ignored the pains. The pain was unlike yesterday, which he finds difficult to bear. 

"Time for my daily schedule," he smiled, stretching his body as he warmed up for the next task ahead.

Crack!

His bones emitted crackling sounds as they fixed back into position.

"Ahhhhhh," he felt refreshed within himself as the pain around his body began to die down under the energy provided to his body by the Ice-blue ball and the excess spiritual energy in his martial core. He wasn't surprised, as he was already expecting this to happen.

This was one of the benefits granted to his body by the ice-blue ball.

Without wasting any more seconds, he took the white towel at the side of his bed, putting it around his neck before walking out of his room.
