(Phenex Residence, Riser's 10th Anniversary.)

This was the first time their faces appeared somber, as if they had been dealt a blow of some kind. Yet, at the same time, they were happy. Riser just blinked at each of them and continued to look at them, staring at a letter. This letter was from the meeting among the Satans and the 32 devil houses.

"Riser, we received news today from the Devil's Council, for the sake of the diabolical race. Your brides have already been chosen." His parents had serious expressions on their faces, expecting Riser to at least become nervous.

But all they saw on Riser's face was seriousness, not dissatisfaction, anger, or any denial. ["Maybe he understands that in the case of the Phenex family, there is pressure for this."] Rumix thought, looking at her son. What she didn't see was the smile on her husband's face. He looked initially serious when his wife looked at their son, then he shot a glance with a sexy smile.

Rumix slid the letter to her son, who read the letter in suspense. Then he started laughing. "What the hell is this? Basically, I can't refuse the marriage. These marriage clauses tell me we will marry, period. And that all brides will be informed on their respective 10th anniversaries about the future." Riser spoke, laughing after reading his letter.

Riser lowered the letter, feeling the weight of responsibility and expectations on his youthful shoulders. He understood the hidden meaning behind this decision of the Devil's Council and the Bael House.

"I understand, father, mother. If it's for the good of the diabolical race, I'm willing to go through with it." Riser spoke, his voice reflecting a determination that was surprising for someone his age.

His parents exchanged glances, mixing surprise and pride. They didn't expect their son to react so maturely to this news.

"Well, well, my son. Of course, you wouldn't refuse. After all, you already won 4 brides. And basically, you can't refuse." Razer said, quickly receiving an elbow from his wife to keep quiet. What they didn't notice, and glaring through the door with anger, was 4-year-old Little Ravel. She had a look that could set the letter on fire. (A/N: Ravel didn't appear much. But her interaction with Riser is much closer than with the other siblings. Well, of course, because of their age. So, she always asks to play with her older brother. And Riser can always use an extra clone to spend more time with her. He kind of has no excuse not to... Ravel feels like she's going to lose her older brother.)

The Council of the 32 diabolical houses.

The engagement between Riser Phenex, Rias Gremory, Seekvaira Agares, Sona Sitri, Latia Astaroth.

Riser shall follow the following orders. Riser will first marry Rias. The Phenex and Gremory houses had already made the marriage contract.

Clause to break the contract, Rias has to win the Rating Game. Riser cannot hide his power in the fight. Riser's current power level: High-Satan.

Seekvaira Agares will marry Riser if he is unable to build a Mecha. Riser built a Mecha for Seekvaira at the age of 8.

For the marriage with Sona Sitri, she must not have lost any match to Riser. Currently, Riser has 62 victories over Sona.

Latia Astaroth will marry Riser if he has not built an energy company from scratch, which led Riser Phenex to sell energy at half the price, and having billion-dollar profits.

None of the marriages can be revoked by the council, house, or Satans. The brides of the clans will be notified on their 10th anniversaries. The marriage can take place after the age of 18.

Riser didn't know if this was mockery or how the hell they had so much information about his house. ["If only my own father helped with this. Since only the clan head or his Lord is part of the council, it would make sense. Maybe Tsunade was right."] Riser thought, remembering what Tsunade had said to him. (A/N: there will be a POV from Tsunade, from when she became his maid until the present time.)

Riser stared at the letter for a moment, processing the words. Brides, in the plural. It seemed like his future was already laid out by the Devil's Council, without giving him a voice or choice in the matter.

Sighing, he folded the paper and put it in his pocket. His parents watched, expecting some dramatic reaction. But Riser just shrugged, resigned.

"Well, it seems like my love life has been decided for me," he already knew what each one wanted after all; it's not like they can hide what they desire from him.

Rumix always knew her son was special, but this attitude, the way he accepted decisions that could shape his future, was something that surprised her. A gleam in Rumix's eyes appeared, and Riser knew it.

After Rumix pampered her son a bit, she resumed her Lady Phenex duties, and his father had left earlier, probably to meet one of the women from his harem and relieve stress.

Sighing*

Riser resigned himself to probably being hated by at least one Satan at this moment. ["At least, thanks to the pleasant dreams he gave to Serafall, it seems that seeing her desire, she's interested in sharing Sona? Or me?"] Riser thought, knowing that his future would be much more invaded by chaos.

Slumping into my chair, I can't help but feel angry. This damn old council dared to make my sister a breeder.

It wasn't entirely fair to blame only the council at this moment. My father had already made the contract with the Phenex family, and they would marry later, right after both finished their higher education. That would be when they were both 25.

But now, the council was pressing for when Rias turned 13. 13! I couldn't help but leak out my intention to kill, what are these guys? Thanks to my acting and persuasion, it got pushed to when they both at least turned 18.
