Dinner with Tom

Amy was at home today preparing the dinner for Tom whom she invited. She sent all the servants away, even the cook was sent after preparing the dinner. She doesn't want to make a scandel. She is a new actress and Tom is a veteran popular Superstar. If the rumors of their seen together goes out, it can be dangerous for both of them especially her. So Amy has to prepare all the things by herself.

The main bell ringing voice came. It seems that Tom has passed the main entrance and will be here in a while. She didn't get ready much and wore a simple white dress with a little embroidery and minimal makeup. Richard says that the white suits her the best.

Amy waited at the door and saw Tom coming. He was wearing a simple black shirt with black pants, a mask covering his face. He smiled at her while removing the mask, "Paparazzi's really make the life a hell."

Amy laughed hearing this, "After all, its their job. I think they really look cute the way they chase people."

They entered the house together. Tom saw that no one was present, Amy answered the confusion: "I let them leave for the day. Otherwise, if a minor thing goes out, it might become a scandal."

Tom nodded. He agrees with the approach. Although the servants hired are generally reliable, but no one can say that everyone single person can keep quiet. He asked, "Then the dinner."

Amy waved her hand, "Don't worry. You sit. I will start serving it. I have done it many times before."

Saying this much, she went to the kitchen and started preparing the remaining things. But just after ten minutes, Tom came to kitchen. He started helping her, "Its not a gentle man's behavior to let a lady do all the work." He started helping with the dishes.

"HuH... uh" Amy laughed a little witching him doing all the chores with such efficiency.

Hearing the sound of laughter, Tom tilted his head with a puzzled expression, "What's the matter."

"It just feels like a dream come true. After all, its not everyday you can get served by Tom Cruise." For Amy, this feels like a dream. She hs always been a fan of Tom wether it is this life or previous one. After all, a person who can be called the golden boy even at the age of fifty is not someone simple.

Tom smiled hearing the words. He complimented back, "Its also not everyday you get to be invited by the most beautiful person in Hollywood."

"HuH..me" Amy asked a little puzzled. She doesn't even know when she got such a title. In fact, Amy is unaware of her current popularity. Amy Collins is a new storm in Hollywood. With unmatched appearence and two debut movies, one of which is huge literary success while other is a commercial blockbuster. Even in the circle of A-list celebrities, she is discussed quite a lot.

"Of course, in my opinion you are." said Tom.

Hearing such words with a straight face from Tom, Amy was a little embarrassed. She replied weakly: "Thank you."

Amy and Tom had a pleasant dinner. They talked about a lot of topics including work, movies, friends and family.

"What about your parents Amy?" asked Tom.

"They are in heaven." Amy said without hesitation or showing much sadness.

Tom was surprised hearing this, and immediately apologized, "Sorry, I didn't know about it."

"Don't be sad. Its not that I don't have relatives. I have quite a big family including Grandfather, Uncles and their families." Amy said with a smile.

"Then they are....?"

"They live in New York. I don't have much contact with them. Although I talk a little with them sometimes. Oh, by the way, Happy Birthday Tom. 3rd July has passed but I didn't had the chance to say before."

"Well, thank you. I am deeply honoured by this. Then may I have the honour to ask for the beautiful lady's birthday." Tom said in a gentleman manner.

Amy was amused by it and replied happily, "Its on 4th September."

"Then I would be waiting for the day." Tom smiled.

Amy had a wonderful dinner with Tom. Amy showed him the house. The whole house has been decorated according to Amy's preference.

"Don't you feel sacred living in such a big house?" asked Tom.

"No, but aren't you the same. I heard that these both houses are based on same style."

"I also don't have much fear. I am 39 now. There are not many things which I fear at this age."

"Its really enviable. I bet that's why most women out there are so smitten. You really don't age." Amy said with a little evny.

"Then I will take this as a compliment."

"Its really true." Amy tried to convince.

While leaving, Tom and Amy exchanged contact information.
