Learning that Rin's Co-worker was a part of the group that tried to attack me was surprising. I keep finding more and more reasons to keep Rin around. I feel like he is hiding something. Until I find out what that is, I have to keep my guard up. For some reason, I don't feel like whatever he is hiding is dangerous. We all have things we don't want others to know about. I feel bad that he was outed today in front of his bosses. Who was that guy anyway? He was a high school ex-boyfriend, but why does he still hang out with him now? Also, why the fuck do I care? I find it annoying for some strange reason. You'd think I was interested in Rin or something. I am just curious about him, that's it. Right?

"So, do you feel comfortable talking to that guy? You seemed to be afraid of him when the accident happened." I ask Rin with a concerned look. 

"Oh, yes, of course. Honestly, it's hard to be afraid of someone you don't remember. I'm actually looking forward to finding out what happened. Though I won't be alone, will I?" Rin asks as he glances over toward Anon and me. 

"No, you won't be, even if you wanted to. The only reason you are even allowed to talk to him in the first place is because Jay requested it. So he will have to be there." Anon says while working on some paperwork. 

"We will go see him tomorrow. We have a free schedule in the morning, so it works out perfectly. Make sure you think about what you want to ask because we are only allowed 30 minutes." Anon looks over at me and winks. 

I asked to meet with Greg for an hour. I want to ask him questions by myself. I will have Anon kept Rin distracted 30 minutes before his time to talk with him.

Rin asked Anon for all the personal information we had on him. He wants to know anything that could help him talk to Greg. He also asked for information on Greg. He seems to be taking this seriously. For the rest of the workday, he sat in silence, studying and writing down things to ask Greg. Now and then, he would take time to check our surroundings. I think he felt guilty doing something other than work during work hours. However, he is going to be considered to work 24/7 now. The palace is safe, but I do appreciate him taking his job seriously. We ate dinner in my office and worked together with just the three of us. I honestly enjoyed it. Anon is good company, but Rin adds a little more of a relaxing atmosphere. After a long day of work, we all decided to hit the hay.

After learning about Greg and getting a chance to talk to him tomorrow, I decided it would be a good idea to talk to Parker. Parker is my closest relative and friend. He knows the most about my (Rin's) past. I sent one text to Parker, and we ended up texting the whole day.

2:30 PM

Rin: hey. Are you busy?

Parker: Na, man. It's just my daily training schedule. What's up?

Rin: I want to ask you some questions about our past. You mind?

Parker: OF COURSE NOT! Ask away!

Rin: Well, let's start with the guy I met today. Someone saying he dated me in high school came up to me and acted way too friendly. I was with the Prince and working, so I didn't even get a chance to ask him his name. 

Parker: AHAHA! So that's what happened. Josie came to the gym, acting as if his whole world had ended. He said you broke his heart. That big teddy bear adores you. Lol

Rin: Josie? So, we really dated in high school?

Parker: Yeah. Josie Rasmal is your high school best friend. I'm sorry. It must have been a shock to learn you were gay that way.

Rin: I wasn't shocked. How long did we date?

Parker: Two years. It was your first and last serious relationship. After Dad died, you only had time for casual flings. I don't know what happened between you two, though. One day, you were together. The next, you weren't. Josie was devastated, but you seemed unaffected. You just drifted apart after that. He started working at my gym last year, and you guys started hanging out again.

Rin: Did I hang out at your gym often?

Parker: YUP! You were glued to my hip at first. I want to say it was because you love me, but you were just being a perv. You tried to take in the sights. Lol

Rin: ehh, enough. I don't want to know I was a creep.

Parker: HAHA!! I have to get back to training. Text you in a few.

Rin: k

4:12 PM

Parker: I explained to Josie what was going on, and he cried like a baby. Dude has it bad for you. Lol

Rin: bleh! Do you know any of my co-workers from the café?

Parker: I know all of them. I would visit you often. It wasn't far from the gym.

Rin: So you know Greg?

Parker: yup. I don't like him. You guys fought all the time. Why?

Rin: apparently, he was the guy I was arguing with before my accident.

Parker: WHAT?!? That fucker!

Rin: Yeah, he was also a part of the group that was trying to attack the Prince, and now he is in jail. We are going to talk to him in the morning. Can I stop by the gym tomorrow before we go?

Parker: YES! Please! I miss you! It's so quiet at home. I hate it! Come back!

Rin: no.

Parker: Wow! You're so cold!
