I was in the middle of refining a Gu using qi shape Gu as the refining pot. I was continuously adding in different minerals and vitamins. After 20 minutes a Gu took form.

It looked like a grey clam and if it was among other clams no one could tell a difference between them. This is the food path Gu nutrient, it's able to control the nutrients in things, and it eats calcium.

Finally I have my key food path Gu, I felt weird without them. Like leaving your house with no wallet, keys, phone, and in you pjs It just felt wrong.

I then refilled my primeval essence and then took out emerald python Gu. Now TEAR OFF APPETITE, the pink hand grabbed at emerald python Gu pulling out more pink aurora from emerald python Gu then it did with qi shape Gu.

After adding nutrient Gu into the killer move Tear Off Appetite it had increased its ability of lowering the food requirements from 25% to 35%. This killer move will save me lots of time and money.

Alright enough with the Gu refinement, time to increase the strength of my soul, but first I should get a new mask. A few minutes later I had an unconscious servant in my room. I then gave him max hope Gu awakening his aperture, but then I used dummy aperture Gu.

Taking his aperture and covering my own. I couldn't reuse the slave I bought since I used the servant Gu on him. If I gave him another aperture he would break free of the gu's effects.

With that I took my leave heading out to the large forest in front of the clan. After a few hours in a large hole I dug out earlier. It was full of animals that were crippled from their legs.

About 10 wild cats like bobcats 2 pumas and 8 boars. The forests surrounding the clan are full of felines, rats, and a few snakes and flying predators, but each beast has a different strength of soul.

A rats soul is going to be really weak compared with boars and the wild cats. The older or the more shit a living being went through the stronger the soul. That's why a human's soul is much stronger they live longer and almost always they go though the bullshit that is life.

These guys should be enough for one serving. Controlling jackal I had him go around and kill all of them. I then activated soul lens gu, the small horseshoe crab covered my right eye and then its barb tail stabbed its self into my head.

In my right eyes sight the world turned grey and I could see the souls of the animals I just killed. Good now that I can see them I can also use this killer move. I activated qi shape Gu this time it was the form of a opened capsule I then bought some materials from players shop and threw it in one half of the capsule.

Then I had the capsule go over to the souls and capture it in the other half and then I closed it and used small appetite Gu and nutrient Gu. The capsule shrank till it was the size of a vitamin pill.

I then ate it and I instantly felt my souls strength increase by double its original strength. This is technically a pill path killer move I call it soul pill, normally with my Gu set the killer moves I'd use could only be of the food path but food path has a small branch into pill path. In earth if you go into a store and go to the medicine aisle you find all sorts of pills that involves food. Like potassium, turmeric, calcium, and many more

So it's not hard to have pill path methods using food path Gu. My soul strength has increased by 1 so now I have the soul strength of two grown men. The only downside is that the more I use this killer move the weaker the benefits. Unless I change the ingredients by using stronger souls or have a larger quantities of weak souls.

I then took out a rank 2 Gu it was a leech the size of a caterpillar. It was drain blood Gu I had already ranked it up by letting it drink the blood of my family's live stock. It went to all the animals and began feasting, I also did the same with jab gu since their both rank 2 they eat more, but I can't use the killer move Tear Off Appetite on drain blood Gu since it would also slow down its process of ranking up and jab gu is easy to feed.

For the next five days I continued hunting and increasing my soul strength. At the end of the fifth day my soul strength had increased to 6 but by constantly using soul lens gu my soul had been purified to 4. Increasing my strength greatly, I wanted to continue but my week off school had ended

Back in my room I was fusing a new gu after adding a few materials. A gu took form it was a small almost transparent spider. This is rank 1 line gu a more durable version of string gu, it was my second time trying to refine it. Its one of the most common fusion path in the clan. With that i can just say i couldn't fuse it to the gu i wanted and that ill do it later.

Another day had passed and i was forced to return to the academy. Once class ended i went to my room as quick as i could activating emerald python gu and using it till my body couldn't take it no more.

I can say i have more than half of the strength of a python by now. Good today is my third match the more strength i have the better.

I was teleported once again to a grassy flat plain. My opponent was already in front of me, it seemed to be a normal human, but i didn't have anymore time to analyze him as he rushed me.

I threw out a blade right at him, but he was able to quickly side step to avoid it. Looks like he has a strength path gu to enhance his speed. He quickly was within arms reach of me and punched at me.

I raised my hand that had my shield as his fist connected i was pushed back and i could hear my shield breaking. Looks like he also had a gu that increased his physical strength as well. I pulled out another blade and used jab gu to stab at him.

I managed to hit him in the arm, i pulled out another blade, but this time he backed away. He pulled out the blade and i could see his wound close up. So he even has a healing strength path gu. Now this guy is prepared

I then used jab gu to approach him, he stood his ground while holding my blade. Using jab gu i used my empty hand to grab his wrist that was holding my blade. His other hand threw a punch at me but it quickly lost its momentum as he yelled in pain.

I had used grip gu and crushed his wrist making him drop my blade. I then used jab gu to stab him in the neck and slice his neck at the same time. He fell back and i picked up my blade he had dropped. Looking up i saw he was very slowly healing, but it was obvious that he was struggling to do so.

He most likely had a rank 1 healing gu that couldn't heal such damage. Using jab once again i threw my blade hitting him in the head

I selected the recipe for the rank 3 grip gu and was teleported back to my room. My opponents are now starting to become a challenge. If he wasn't so weak to pain and attacked me. He would have lasted longer, if he had a weapon like a blade it would have been harder too.

I must gain the strength of the python quickly. Once my strength increases I'll be able to move much faster with jab gu and grip gu will have much more of an effect as well.
