A Great Idea to Solve the Otherworlder Issue!

"I am Arturo Cruz, the Fifth Advisor of her highness, Princess Anmeerale Soztiz Alvar! It's my honor to meet all of you!" Arturo introduced himself before entering the room.

"I am Mitsugi Reijiro, the Leader of Sir Arturo's Second Elite Group…"

"I am Henry Carlos Magsaysay, the Leader of Sir Arturo's Third Elite Group…"

Henry and Reijiro followed Arturo's introduction whilst also bowing towards everyone else.

That aside, Princess Anmeerale was not seemingly fond that much of introductions, thus, she lifted her hand to dismiss them, before saying, "Get in! Let's have a short briefing before we join the discussion with my father!"

"As you wish…" Arturo said in response and entered the room with Henry and Reijiro.

With the help of Knight Agustin, Arturo was guided towards his seat—which was next to the white-haired old knight who was seating towards the right side of the Princess.

As for Henry and Reijiro, they remained standing behind Arturo and were standing just meters away from the most frightening existence in the room named Ereya. That said, because of Arturo's carefree demeanor, their fear from Ereya has already subsided, thus they could calmly stand in attention like soldiers behind Arturo.

"So… Where should we begin?" Princess Anmeerale asked everyone.

"Ehem… I believe that we should give Sir Arturo a quick grasp about the topics to be discussed by the Kingdom's High Council first, your highness." The white-haired old knight said after faking a cough.

Princess Anmeerale nodded in response before glancing at the white-haired old knight and saying, "Please do the honors, old man Quadriyo!"

"As you wish, your highness!" The white-haired old knight said whilst bowing slightly towards Princess Anmeerale. Then, he glanced towards Arturo and said, "The Topics to be discussed by the Kingdom's High Council are divided into three major categories! One is about what to do with the otherworlders, the second is about the appearance of Dungeons and Underworld Portals, and lastly, about the rising tension between the Alvar Kingdom, the Erte Empire, and the Ominu Kingdom!"

At this moment, Arturo could not help but chuckle in response and interject, saying, "Don't tell me that we're going to war against two nearby countries, aren't we?"

The white-haired old man, Knight Quadriyo, simply shook his head and forced out a smile in response before saying, "No, that's not the case Sir Arturo! Not yet at the least!"

"That's why there's an emergency Kingdom High Council Meeting that would be conducted." The bald knight explained. "That is so that we could avoid such events from happening."

Arturo nodded in response and said, "I know that very well myself, Sir…"

"Keihro… You can just call me Keihro, Sir Arturo!" The bald knight said in response.

Arturo could only scratch the back of his head whilst forcing out a smile before saying, "Uhm… Sir Keihro… As I said, I know that much… That the meeting was to avoid any form of bloodshed from both sides, to prepare for whatever the appearance of Dungeons and Underworld Portals will bring to us, right?"

Knight Keihro was astonished at first, but after a few seconds, he simply smiled and nod in response to Arturo.

"However… What I am curious about is why there's still a possibility of war against other countries, despite the threats posed by the appearance of Dungeons and Underworld Portals? I mean… I just can't put my finger on what could cause the start of a war! Territory?? I doubt! Which country would want to take care of a useless plot of land for free?" Arturo said in a sarcastic tone.

"Regardless of that… No matter which angle I look at it… It only leads me to one possible conclusion for a war to break out between two countries!" He confidently added. "This has something to do with the so-called Royalty's Artifacts, right?"

Everyone glared at Arturo in response whilst Knight Keihro and Knight Quadriyo simply smirked in response.

"That's right!" Ereya said in a cold tone. "The more Royalty's Artifacts a country has, the more powerful they are, and the easier they would be able to defend against the threats posed by the appearance of Dungeons and Underworld Portals!"

Arturo nodded in agreement to Ereya. Then, he said, "And it's common knowledge that in this part of the continent… The Alvar Kingdom holds the most Royalty's Artifacts compared to everyone else. So… Obviously… We'd be the target of everyone else!"

At this moment, Arturo smirked before adding, saying, "Although I know that everyone agrees that war is unnecessary at this time of crisis… I doubt that the four Princes think the same. So… I think… It is safe to assume already that the Alvar Kingdom would already 'make the first move' right after the meeting of the council!"

"I have the same thoughts…" Ereya added—consequently making Princess Anmeerale frown and rub her chin.

"So… Do you guys have any suggestions to stop them from doing so?" Princess Anmeerale asked. "Though I know that my brothers can win the war… I still don't like the idea of our force splitting across the land, whilst there's still the threat of the Dungeons and Underworld Portals! Not to mention… There's still the issue about the otherworlders getting out of hand!"

"Uhm… If I may, your highness?" Arturo forced out a smile—as if he felt shy wanting to say an idea.

"Hmm? What is it, Arturo?" Princess Anmeerale asked.

"Uhm… I know that you are against the idea of going to war, your highness. But… I am pretty much sure now that the four Princes would start it in many ways possible! So… Instead of trying to stop the impending war… Why don't we find a way to solve the otherworlder-related issue and the Dungeon and Underworld Portal-related issue instead?" Arturo suggested making the Princess glare at him in response.

The Princess asked coldly, "What do you have in mind?"

He could only force out a smile in response before saying, "Why don't we use the otherworlders to our advantage? I mean… After hours of interaction with them… I learned that, not only do most of them have talents and great knowledge but… They also have great will to live and survive in this world!"

"But that's easier said than done, Sir Arturo!" Knight Keihro said in response. "You know the otherworlders! It's a norm for them to demand something that they once had in their previous worlds! Thus… Making them just follow our laws is already a challenge for us! What much more making them fight for us?!"

Arturo simply chuckled in response and said, "That's quite easy to solve, Sir Keihro!"

"Excuse me?!" Knight Keihro glared at him in response as if he was saying 'If that was easy, then there's no need for such issue to be raised at the Kingdom's High Council!'

That said, Arturo kept the smug on his face before saying, "Those otherworlders are still humans like us! However… It's a norm for someone, who suddenly appeared to a foreign place, to be in a state of panic for a certain period of time—like how the otherworlders were at this very moment."

"Even I would panic if I would wake up at a different place after my sleep!" Arturo explained. Then, he continued, saying, "That said… It does not mean that they would all completely lose their rationality! That is why, in order to control the otherworlders, to make them follow our orders, we just need to make them realize this new reality they were living, and that we are the only ones who could help them."

"Having said that… I recommend treating them as ordinary citizens, rather than slaves... That's if you want to earn their trust and allegiance!" He added. "Please remember that, although they have slave marks and are obviously under our control… They are still humans like us, who want nothing but to live a decent life."

Knight Quadriyo nodded in response whilst rubbing his chin. Then, he said, "Your highness… I think Sir Arturo has a good point. If we can control the otherworlders as Sir Arturo said… Then, we can also fill the firepower of the Kingdom that would be lost from the potential separation of the four Princes forces!"

Princess Anmeerale could only exhale heavily in response and say, "But… Would our Order be sufficient enough to handle all the otherworlders in our authority?"

Arturo simply smirked in response and said, "About that… I have a great idea that I would want to suggest to you, your highness!"

"Hmm?" Princess Anmeerale simply raised her brow as if she was asking Arturo, 'What now?'

That said, Arturo simply pointed to himself before saying, "Can I assume that all of you knows about the Adventurer's Guild, right?"

"So… Why don't we establish a similar organization called 'Otherworlder's Guild', which would prioritize the management of otherworlders with minimal manpower needed—not only in Alvar Kingdom's territory but possibly across the whole continent!" Arturo said that made the other Knights rowdy.
