Have you ever heard this phrase in your life? I mean I definitely have all the time, whenever I asked for help this was what usually got offered to me. I bet it happen to you couple of time too, but have you ever tried looking at the reasonings behind it?

It's just a polite way of declining someone but reality is what is it.
