A soft voice repeated.. "you've been selected"

Kiyoshi slowly opened his eyes. He was laying in what appeared to be a grand bedroom. The walls were covered in red tapestry and expensive looking painting. There were four closets two on either side of the room and he wasn't able to deduce what was in them.

'This is a weird dream'

Looking around the room he noticed that kneeling next to the bed a demon that looked to be fairly young. She had small curly black horns and long beautiful black hair. Her face blushed slightly as she saw you examining her.

"Good morning my new lord. You've been asleep for some time"

'This is a really really weird dream.. better play along for now though'

"How long have I been asleep?"

"Fifteen days my lord, but that's to be expected from the toll a summoning takes on your body… and of course the body transformation."

"That's a long time.." Kiyoshi paused before continuing. "What do you mean summoning and body transformation? Also who are you?"

"My name is Annabelle." After saying her name she smiles and blushed slightly as if their was something to be embarrassed about. "As for your other questions they'll have to wait. I'm not the best suited to answer them. Please have some water and if you're feeling strong enough I can lead you to the person who can."

Gratefully accepting the water as he realizes just how parched he was he extends his hand only to notice that his hand wasn't his hand at all!

Kiyoshi quickly regained his composure.

'Can't lose my wits in front of this young lady'

Examining his hands he notices his skin is red and he has long but somehow refined claws at the end of his fingers.

In a state of near frenzy he begins examining the rest of his body and realizes that his new body was far more muscular and sculpted then it had ever been. With a sneaking suspicion he reached up with both hands and felt two horns on the top of his head.

'This must be the transformation Annabelle had mentioned'

No longer thirsty Kiyoshi whips off the covers and stands up alongside the mattress. If Annabelle wasn't blushing before she definitely was now.

'Why was she acting like that? Maybe she finds me attractive?'

"Will you lead me to the one who can answer my questions?"

Annabelle paused and almost answered then decided better. Instead with a sheepish but unashamed smile the stares pointedly at you below your waist.

Sudden realization hits Kiyoshi as he recognizes his blunder. Looking down he quickly realized that his upper half and his lower half were a perfect match.

"S-s-sorry Annabelle I didn't realize", Kiyoshi stuttered.

Annabelle simply replied that, "it'll be our secret" as she went into one of the closets and came walking back with a set of clothing for him.

Kiyoshi quickly threw on his undergarments and pulled up his pants, throwing his shirt over his head he pulled down only to have one of his horns snag the collar of the shirt.

He struggled pathetically for a minute only to have Annabelle reach up and help him in his newfound predicament.

'Guess I'll have to watch out for my horns'

The outfit she chose for him was a short sleeve black t shirt and black pants.

'This clothing I can sense is unique in some way'

Thanking her and apologizing again Annabelle leads him out of the room and down the hallway.

She leads him into a great throne room as she is explaining the layout as they walk. On the way from the bedroom he was in they pass several other guest rooms, a study, and then even a kitchen!

'This place is far bigger then my old dormitory'

Walking into the throne room he could see a throne easily large enough for three men to sit side by side on in the back. A rolled carpet went directly to throne and pillars made from a dark stone were on each side of the carpet leading all the way up to the throne. The throne room was bright well illuminated by gems that were set into the walls.

Kiyoshi could sense rather then feel a presence further into the throne room but could not see anyone.

Annabelle led him down the rolled carpet then instructed him to sit on the throne.

'I wanted to sit on the throne anyway'

Kiyoshi approached the throne and examined it. The seat itself was made from some type of dark black metal and the back was made from the same metal but had intricate designs carved into it and was embedded with gemstones.

'This doesn't even look comfortable'

Turning to sit down on the throne he looks back at Annabelle and realizes she is kneeling to him. Kiyoshi opened his mouth to question but suddenly an apparition appeared before him.

The apparition was that of a demon who looked like he had lived a long and hard life.

"My name is Ral'guud. Well was…" the apparition explained.

Ral'guud continued, "I was the demon lord before you but unfortunately it seems that I will no longer be able to continue my work which is why I need you, I left this message to talk about the responsibilities of a Demon Lord and to offer advice if you will heed it…
