Mu Kai After A Month

As I walked through the elevator doors to our penthouse. Finally, I'm back and it felt good to be home for the past couple of days in the hospital were uncomfortable, it's almost starting to drive me crazy.

Mu Kai followed behind me as I push Xiao Zhi stroller and Gu Min and Junyi emerged from the kitchen.

"Welcome home, Mrs Ru Wen," Junyi said as she gave me a light hug.

"Thank you, Junyi."

The aroma of abalone soup filled the air of the penthouse and it smelled wonderful.

"Are you making abalone porridge?" I asked her.

"Yes, I am, and just for you, I made it's special for the new mummy." She smiled.

Mu Kai looked at me and then at Junyi.

"What about me?" Mu Kai asked.

"You can have some too, Mr Mu," she replied.

Then Mu Kai asked Gu Min if he could take over Xiao Zhi stroller while he helped me up the stairs.

"Here we go, Xiao Zhi mummy. Do you want me to carry you?"
