In the email, Han Chu mentioned that Ye Shuang could meet up with the other agent when she was 'convenient'. Ye Shuang believed Han Chu was hinting at the swapping of her gender. So far, Han Chu had not fully discovered the rules to Ye Shuang's gender swapping.
