Then I started to look around the room up ,down,left,right.I could not find anything Though I didn't enter through the main entrance .

But I don't think that is possible for nightking tomb to locate in the entrance.

Don't you agree every boss room is in the last.

I started to look again.This time with frostfire.But no it is not here , Frostfire also didn't work.
