Chapter 6 Meeting Goku

Arriving at guru's house, the gohan explains their situation and their need for the dragon balls. After hearing their explanation, guru agreed to help.

Guru: " broly, get dende and help them gather the dragon balls and make their wish."

Broly: " Yes, grandmaster."

Broly told the three to stay there as he went to grab Dende. Broly chosen to let them stay so he could unlock some of their potential. Quickly arriving at the village where dende stayed at, " Dende, grand master guru has requested us to help some earthlings for summoning shenron for some wishes.

Dende: " okay, older brother, I will come with you."

Broly knew dende quite well during his time on namek. Dende was a gifted namekian who had the ability to heal people. From the story line, dende doesn't arrive in earth until piccolo fuses with kami and goku 'kidnaps' him so that they can have dragon balls and make him be the guardian for earth.

Quickly flying back to guru's location, he senses guru's power getting weaker and gohan's and krillin's power rising rapidly.

Broly should've used one of his wishes to make guru have eternal youth but thought of it too late. Guru's time is already running out. He knew that unlocking his potential already took up a lot of his power already even though 6 months have passed.

Arriving at guru's place, he quickly introduced the three until he felt nail's power rising and felt another four powers rising along with him.

Broly: " I gotta go help my master. Gohan do you want to come with me?"

Gohan also felt several large clashes of battle and decided to come help, guru has already done so much for him that he couldn't just sit and do nothing.

Dende: " let me come too, if nail is in trouble then I want to heal him just in case."

Although broly knew that he was not really needed, he decided to agree so that he could bond with gohan and would have some friends when he goes to earth sooner or later. Plus, they still needed to find the rest of the dragon balls.

He told krillin and bulma to stay with guru just in case something happens and broly would know if they were in danger based off of krillins ki. He wants to know what would happen if krillin never dies and if goku would turn super saiyan or not.

The three quickly fly off to where nail was and found him fighting against most of the ginyu force. There was all four of them except for ginyu. He assumed that ginyu was probably with frieza at the moment, but he shouldn't be a big deal. Right now he was strong enough to fight against frieza's final form.

The four was teaming up against nail. Although, nail was a lot stronger now, the four of them had excellent teamwork when one person was struggling another would jump in and chime in at the right time, stopping nail from finishing another off.

Broly: " do you need some help, master?"

Nail: " broly, yes, I do this time. Who is that with you?"

Broly: " his name is Gohan, he's from earth, they want to use the dragon balls to revive some dead teammates that were killed on their planet. He's also here to help."

Nail: " the more the better I guess. He may be a little weak though."

Broly: " that's fine. Gohan go deal with the fat one, we'll deal with the rest."

Gohan: " okay."

Gohan immediately went towards the fat person in the ginyu force. He was guldo with a BP of 10,000 with gohan's upgrade, he should be able to deal with him.

Broly intercepted recoome, except for ginyu, recoome was the strongest one out of the four people. He left nail to deal with the duo.

Recoome: " do you think that you can beat me?"

Broly: " easy."

Recoome immediately became enraged and attacked broly. With broly's BP he didn't need to move much and decided to just block for awhile and see gohan's progress.

He saw Gohan being tossed around with guldo's telekinesis ability. Broly shook his head and sent a ki ball attack at guldo interrupting his attack on Gohan.

Gohan was set free and then began attacking guldo fiercely.

Broly looked at recoome panting while still trying to land a blow on him. Broly finally got tired fighting him and sent out a powerful blast killing recoome in one blow. Just as he finished, he saw nail finish his fight too.

Broly looked and saw that he was also basically unscathed, just slightly out of breath from fighting the two at the same time. Their BP was decent but jeice had a few strong ki moves while burto backed him up with his 'fast' speed. The two looked at gohan's fight and saw that he was starting to take the lead in the fight and will soon be done.

Broly closed his eyes and sensed the several ki powers that was on planet. He wanted to finish this fight between frieza force quickly and had no time to just fly around looking for frieza's minions. Broly rose his power level to a high level as he locked on several foreign ki balls and sent several ki blasts that locked on to several frieza forces.

After that was done, he noticed now that there were at least 4 ki signatures that survived the attack. Two of them he recognized, one, it seems like frieza ignored his warning and still stayed on the planet. His ki seemed a lot stronger than before, broly assumed that he must've fought zarbon and a few others that allowed his strength to rise a few points. The other three were probably goku, ginyu, and frieza.

Broly: " let's go back to grand master guru."

Flying back all four of them found that krillin had gathered the dragon balls already and was waiting for them to summon shenron.

Broly: " I see you have found the dragon balls while we were away."

Krillin: " haha, well I couldn't just sit here and do nothing."

After he said that, broly felt a large BP approaching their location. The person was wearing a orange gi. However, he had a scouter on his face.

Goku: " So this is wear the dragon balls are."

Gohan: " dad you have finally arrived."

Gohan was about to run up, but broly stopped him. He already knew that ginyu did the switch body thing.

Broly: " So you must be ginyu. We have already finished off the rest of your team. You stand no chance against us even with your body."

Ginyu: " what you have already finished them off!!?? Well... no matter with this new and strong body, I am more than enough to handle you guys."

Broly: "you guys can stay here, protect grand master guru, you guys can also prepare to summon shenron. I will deal with him."

Saying this, he immediately rushed out to face off against ginyu in goku's body.

After just a short exchange, ginyu was surprised and frustrated.

Ginyu: " I had thought I have already attained the strongest body here, but it seems that I was wrong."

After beating ginyu some more, ginyu was waiting for a chance to body exchange him too, but broly already knew what to be expected, so he fainted a dash towards him and when ginyu was about to body change, broly was about to switch a position with something nearby when ginyu's real body appeared out of nowhere and body exchanged.

Goku now regained his body. Broly noticed that ginyu was about to body exchange again, so broly quickly grabbed a frog and threw it in front of ginyu. After this happened, brolly used a ki blast which then killed the frog/ginyu.

Broly: " easy." He walked to the severely injured goku, " hey kakarot, do you know who I am."

Goku was still laying on the ground and thought for a moment before answering, " no I don't. By the looks of your tail, are you also a saiyan. "

While goku was saying this, broly had dende heal him up.

Goku: " thanks. What's your name."

Broly: " my name is broly and the guy who healed you is dende. Before planet vegeta was destroyed, your mom wanted me to protect you and sent me to earth with you, but things happened and I ended here, where I grew up."

Goku: " mom? Don't really remember my mom."

Gohan: " dad are you feeling all better now. Broly helped protect us and helped show us around namek."

Goku: " oh really that's good, I see that you guys managed to gather up the dragon balls too."

Broly: " kakarot now that you are all healed up, I think it's time that you get up and get ready. He's coming."

Goku: "huh? Who's coming?"

Broly: " frieza."
