Summoned

It seems the the teacher is going to start this years calculus today. I really don't like it very much but what can I do, it's part of life to do things we don't like to survive.

The entrance door to the classroom suddenly opened and the teacher stepped in implying every student to sit in their respective seats.

The teacher was a male with 170 cm of height, a thick moustache growing above his lips, he wore a blue shirt and black pants and looked at the students with his stern eyes.

"Today we're going to start calculus, are you all ready with the formula sheets or are there still people who didn't do the home work of writing down all the formulas we're going to work with?"

"Teacher, I didn't bring my sheet!" some random student raised his hands and answered to which the teacher responded by giving him a scolding by making him stand at the back of the class. After that the teacher started teaching us the basics of the lesson.

Like this the rest of the class was going as usual when suddenly the teacher turned away from the black board where he was writing to towards us with a blank look in his eyes.

He started walking outside the classroom and closed the door leaving everyone in the classroom speechless. We all had the same question in our minds which was 'what happened???' .

Our question were left unanswered and before we could express our thoughts and discuss what just happened via communication something started glowing below us.

We all looked below us at the same time to find some drawings, more like words written in a circle glowing in light blue color.

It looks similar to the magic circle we see in anime but more mystical.

Before we got to say anything we had already disappeared from the world and transported to another.

"Welcome esteemed heroes from another world, It is an honor to welcome you to our world!"

This was the first thing we heard after being summoned to another world. I from the very beginning am known to be a very adaptable and an understanding fellow as I adapt to various situation very quickly while staying as calm a person can be just like now. When I should be freaking out because of my new environment, sudden changes and an old man's welcome and such like my classmate but here I am as cool as a cucumber.

"Thank you for your welcome but may I know why you have summoned us???"I asked the old man who was sitting on the throne.

Throne???....now that I look at our surrounding it looks like we're in a big hall and with the throne and the old man sitting on it, It very much looks like the fantasy setting where a king summons heroes to defeat a demon lord, plus there are many guards stationed near us which supports the hypothesis that this old man is a king or at the very least a high ranking person in the society.

"Oh, you're very calm for someone in your situation aren't you??? I am the king of the zeclyd kingdom, Brian von Zeclyd V and the reason for you being summoned is the extermination of demons who have started invading the humans"

You thought I would fluster like my classmates didn't you???, unlike them I know how to be calm every time even in unlikely and unbelievable situation such as these.

"N-Negative do know something about the situation we're in since you're so calm"

My name is Negative Artim, I come from a very rich family like everyone else in our class. Our school was built for those who come from rich families to provide the best education to students world-wide.

The most popular male of my class "Harry Lewins" questioned me when he heard my calm voice questioning the king somehow trying to find salvation in the situation we currently are in but sorry I can't provide such salvation as I don't have much information about our situation.

I looked at Harry with my apathetic eyes and said "I don't have information to make a judgement and I am in the same situation you are how do you think I would know our more than you."

"Anyway I am sure you're wondering about the situation you're in. I will explain everything to you but before that why don't we test your affinities and status. All you have to do is come our mages one by one in line and they'll guide you on how to open your status plate."

Hearing that everyone started lining up as we will hear the details about situation later anyway.
