I want 100 million souls by the end of the month. If I don't get them, I will burn your soul in Hell's flames for 4 years straight." Im said calmly.

Summoning a demon lord is hard. It isn't that you need some items for it or anything.

When two demon lords enter a world, a power struggle will begin. They will not just bow over for another demon lord, unless that other demon lord surpassed him by a large amount.

Another problem is that just how will you summon one? They first most answer your call. Demon lord would usually search for worlds that have no demons.

Some demon kings would search for demon lord and take them in as their followers. The power of a demon king is something that a demon lord and withstand.
